I had an appointment with Dr. Vormittag at the NCH Urgent Care facility in Mt. Prospect last weekend. Dr. Vormittag was knowledgeable, extremely thorough and very helpful. I would highly recommend her services to others.

Dr. Vormittag is amazing. She listens, cares and asks if your comfortable with the decision we made. Her personality is down to earth and can be very funny. Her medical knowledge is outstanding. Her office staff is the best around. They are compassionate and very engaging. They make you feel very comfortable. You are not a number you are a respected individual. Best. Dr office around. I'm not certain how she received 5 stars but this woman is a quack! Never again! Worst bedside manner! Dont fall for that "I need you to step out the room BS" Left this quack alone with my child to find out she interrogated my child as if she was a criminal! I wish I never took my child to this incompetent jackass!!!!

Exceptionally knowledgeable doctor. Felt very comfortable - excellent bedside manners. Welcoming front office.

Earlier this year I was looking for a Sports Medicine Doctor to help my teenage daughter who was having some swimming related issues with her shoulder. I was referred to Dr. Vormittag from a friend who told me some good things about her. We've been very impressed with Dr. Vormittag's knowledge and her ability to not only diagnose the problem but to connect with her patients. I was comfortable leaving my daughter with her so that she didn't have me watching over her and talking on her behalf. My daughter's problems are behind her and I give credit to Dr. Vormittag's and her staff. Thanks and keep up the great work! You can't ask for more in a doctor! I have seen Dr. Vormittag for general health and also orthopedic issues. She is patient, a great listener, and actually hears your concerns and keeps you involved every step of the way in the treatment plan. I highly recommend Dr. Vormittag not just as an extremely competent family physician but also as a very experienced sports medicine physician! If I could give more stars, I would! Best Dr. I have ever meet with. Took her time with me, did not treat me like a number. It is refreshing to have a Dr. not rush you in and out but instead really work to figure out how to help you. Plus she really knows her stuff. I would recommend her to anyone.

I am so relieved to have found Morgan Medical Group. Dr. Vormittag listened to my concerns and did not rush the appointment. I feel I am in great hands. The energy in the office is so welcoming. Dr. Vormittag, the office manager, and nurse all look extremely healthy and fit which is important to me. There was a vegetable smoothie and apple sitting next to the office manager which is a good sign they focused on wellness. I am so relieved to have found Morgan Medical Group. I have 3 (10-12-13) children and it was time to find a new Doctor for them (as well as myself). From the desk staff to the nurse to the Dr we have received nothing but amazing, professional, & compassionate care! Doctor is thorough and attentive. Nurse makes you feel comfortable and welcomed prior to seeing the Dr. my children felt at ease and left saying they were so happy we switched doctors! The office doesn’t feel cold & sterile like most offices and my kids LOVED the bone pens and juice boxes! ;) I have 3 (10-12-13) children and it was time to find a new Doctor for them (as well as myself). Dr. Vormittag made my teenage son feel very comfortable. She was extremely kind and showed so much compassion for his needs. The exam was more thorough than any other doctor we've seen. We feel so reassured to have an amazing primary care provider for many, many years. My husband and other child will be switching over to Morgan Medical Group.
