My husband was able to get effective treatment after two visits. We had a great experience with Dr Patel and all of the friendly staff here.

I saw Dr Patel on Monday November 27, 2019. I had a great visit. She spent the time with me to understand what I was experiencing and was very patient, understanding and informative. She looked at my problem from a prospective my other doctors had not considered and we came up with a game plan. I left with a good feeling. I would recommend her. Dr Patel is a very warm and compassionate doctor who has helped me with chronic pain. Her staff is professional, courteous, and Always helpful.

Dr Patel is a warm and compassionate doctor who has provided extensive help and management with my chronic pain. Her staff is professional and is always available for questions. Anyone with chronic pain should visit Physicians Pain Center.

The front office staff are all extremely pleasant and efficient. The triage nurse is thorough in regard to collecting the history and symptoms of your case. Dr. Patel has outstanding bedside manner. She spent more time with me, one on one, than my primary does. She introduced her idea of what and where my pain is coming from after her exam. She also knew the details of my car accident before entering my room for her exam. She suggested epidural spine injections of which I agreed and had completed by Dr. Patel. She was amazing and compassionate during the procedure and after the procedure. I’ve dealt with many physicians and worked with many also and Dr. Patel is the most comfortable and pleasant doctor I’ve ever known. Dr Patel is not a compassionate physician. She has P.A.’s that you see each month, only see the Dr. every 3 months. When you want to change medications she will not call you if you have a problem. Her nurse speaks to you and doesn’t even know you. Dr Patel has very little time to spend with you. Very cold personality.

This lady should not even be in practice. If there was an option to give her negative stars I would. She is a horrible pain management physician, her bedside manner is terrible. She has absolutely no compassion and she documents false information in her patient charts. This lady is a quack and I wouldn’t recommend her to my worse enemy. She does not help your pain if anything she makes it worse.

DR and Physician assistants do not listen. Staff is like 2 week old dry toast. Staff is very short tempered with patients. Mistakes with prescriptions. Wrong amounts, forget to write prescriptions. Low responsiveness even to pharmacists and other medical professionals.

I have seen Dr Patel for many years now and have always been treated with respect and care. I have had many procedures done by her for lower back and neck pain. I Have recommended to to several people.
