The medical assistants (Clarence and others) are so knowledgeable and lovely. Dr. Tidwell is very straightforward and honest about options. I’ve seen him now for three procedures and will be seeing him for a fourth.

Arrogant doctor who minimizes pain and makes diagnoses without waiting for test results. (Will even mention that he doesn’t have evidence for his claims, but draws his conclusions anyway!) Doesn’t listen and doesn’t remember. Doesn’t explain procedures, will cause you pain without warning you, and will then chide you rather than apologizing. Won’t be returning. Do not recommend.

I called ahead and told them I was running a little late (very bad traffic). The person on the phone put me on hold and then came back on and said that as long as I arrived by 3pm that would be okay. I was standing at the reception counter at 2:54pm (4 minutes late) for my appt but well before the 3pm deadline. The receptionist checked me then 5 minutes later came back and told me they would not see me. Needless to say I did not reschedule.
