First visit he just told me that he doesn't have time to talk and a list of rules I have to follow as if I had some sort of history of non- compliance...???? When I actually asked about my medical issue he barely responded and left. He can keep his ego and attitude because I won't be back!

Absolutely love Dr. Grannell. He is always concerned about me, is fast to refer me to specialty docs when needed, prescribes me necessary meds that other doctors won't, and takes his time to listen. No complaints...love him!!!

Dr. Grannell and his staff are a breath of fresh air! The Dr. took his time to listen, and be thorough, really asking questions to get more info rather than just brushing my concerns off and passing the buck!

We have been with Dr Grannell for almost 6 years he is great, now he will tell you like it is and I like that.

Great DO. Takes a bit to get used to but able to figure out atypical condition that doesn’t fit a textbook definition.

In the beginning he absolutely exceeded mine and my husbands expectations and we were so thrilled to finally have a Dr that listened to us and really wanted to help. But over the years it seems like maybe he took on too many clients and is rushed throughout his day. I’ve noticed especially this last year, all my appointments are 5 min tops and it doesn’t seem like he thoroughly examines you like he used to. We really loved him in the beginning so we will hope and see if things change.

I feel rushed through my visits. Last time my visit was changed to a physical without warning. The Dr. was in the room for 7 min. and then left. I thought he would return but the MA told me that I was done and could go. I have severe depression; he simply prescribed another med. Found out there is a potentially harmful drug interaction with the new drug and what I currently take from the Pharmacist. There was no follow up even though I said that I was thinking of ending my life. Disappointed.

Only doctor that figured out I cant take capsules, and truly listens.Best doctor I have ever had!!
