Dr. Julie Ann Redmon

I have been a patient of Dr. Redmon for a number of years and she is an excellent Doctor. She and her staff are very professional and cordial. I would recommend her services to anyone that has problems with ear, nose and throat.

I can't speak highly enough of Dr Redmon & her staff, especially Anika & Toya. They are so friendly & compassionate. Dr. Redmon really listens & takes her time with you. She genuinely cares about making you feel better. I wish all doctors & staff were so wonderful.

The only reason I’m leaving this is because of the absolute rude and obnoxious behavior of the receptionist answering the phone. Dr. Redmon is one of the best ENT doctors on this side of the planet. However, Annika the receptionist is the worst! She is rude, abrupt and never lets the patient get a word in edgewise. Honestly, I don’t even think Dr. Redmon knows Annika’s behavior on the phone but one day the patient numbers will reflect because of the rudeness of of Annika. She definitely needs customer service training and training on how to speak to human beings. Excellent service all the way around. After suffering with vertigo for almost a month my specialist put me off a month and wouldn’t call any meds in for me. This office worked me in and took very good care of me.

If you are looking for an ENT specialist, make sure you go and see Dr. Redmon. Dr. Redmon performed tracheotomy surgery for my dad when he was in the Parham hospital. We went back to her for follow-ups and trach changes. She is always so patient and friendly. Dr. Redmon taught us how to change the Tracheostomy Tube, so we can perform the changes at home safely. The only thing good about this office is Dr. Redmon! She is absolutely one of the best drs around. HOWEVER, her receptionist Annika is incredibly rude and obnoxious. She is abrupt and just a very nasty disposition. I think Dr. Redmon would fare well to listen to some of her phone calls with patients and would be very shocked at how Annika speaks to them.

The staff answering phones are incredibly rude. My wife has vertigo, and the staff obviously have no empathy or understanding of vertigo.

We found Dr. Redmon soon after she began her practice and have been with her ever since! She has treated my children and myself with care & concern. Taking time needed to explore & explain the issue on your visit. I was able to get an appointment in less than a week for unresolved sinusitis. Highly recommended.

We had an excellent experience with Dr. Redmon and her staff. She put tubes in my daughters ears and we were very pleased with how everything went and her bedside manner.

When so many doctors see you for 5 minutes and then you are out the door, Dr. Redmon was very refreshing. She took the time to listen and answer questions. She had more than one recommendation. She gave me hand outs that were very useful. I would recommend her to anyone.

The lady at the front desk was rude and lazy. She didn’t want to contact my insurance company to verify coverage, and she didn’t want to give me the number to member services which was on the copy of the expired card that they had on file for me. I walked out and didn’t even get to see the doctor. I will never go back.

The Service from the Doctor was good. However if you have a billing issue your problems begin. Between my appointment and 90 days I relocated. I totally admit I messed up there. They will refer your bill to Receivables Management Systems. Who will then charge you a 25% fee to send you a letter. Aside from the fact that their inbound phone lines have issues (choppy audio, cant hear their rep) they pass the buck back over to Comprehensive ENT stating that it is they who assess the fee. I tried to pay Comprehensive ENT directly, and they say Receivables Management assesses the fee. So. Someone is lying. Comprehensive, I suggest you get better representation for your practice. Dr. Redmond really does a fantastic job with taking her time with me. She is thorough and also calls you back quickly if you call after hours. Her staff is great too, from check in to check out. Thank you.

It was very refreshing to visit a physician who was interested in explaining and educating the patient. I appreciated her time, and care.

This office is terrible! The staff is rude & they do not return calls in a timely fashion. And, when the doctor does call back, she acts like it's an inconvenience. I will never go back!! I needed my medical records & I got the run around! I faxed over a release form & everything. I needed for my pop to review.

I chose this doctor because of a good review someone wrote 4 years ago. Mine was for a preliminary consultation. The doctor did a comprehensive evaluation, not just what I was referred for, and gave a clear, comprehensive explanation of her analysis, plus practical advice. To me, this doctor deserves her 5-star rating and then some! Yesterday, I woke up with a hearing emergency, found her nearby office on the Internet and went there without an appointment. Recognizing the need for immediate action, her audiologist and Dr. Redmon worked me in, gave me a thorough exam, correctly diagnosed the problem and prescribed a heavy-duty steroid. 24 hrs. later, my hearing came back.
