We greatly appreciate and value our relationship with Dr. Newburg and her staff! We have a talented and knowledgeable ENT in our community and I feel she does not get the recognization she deserves. Do not go here unless you Don't want to be taken care of. Unfortunately having to report her to the state regulatory agency.

Dr. Newburg is an awesome provider. However, the wait times with a scheduled appointment are just ridiculous. This wasn't just on one occasion this was EVERY single time I had an appointment. There was one time I waited over an hour in the lobby and then another hour in the room waiting to see Dr. Newburg. I addressed my concerns with the staff of Dr. Newburg and I was never given an explanation of why it is so difficult to see patients on time or as close to their scheduled appointment time. Lori at the front office is very kind and I will miss her kindness as I take my business elsewhere! Dr. Newburg is an awesome provider. Have had two visits, feel she is concerned about my issues. Staff varies - bad experience in Sept but great experience in October. Now I am waiting for referrals.

Save yourself the time and look elsewhere. Horrible referral from our dentist.

very long wait, told me other doctors deal with my issues because she's incapable of handling my problem. no resolution, wasted appointment.

My daughter did a sleep study test we brought home the machine did not make an accurate reading im still waiting for their call back to re do it still wondering if my daughter is not breathing properly in her sleep.!? I called a second time During move they said they would call me back it never happened still waiting.

Always running behind, short with her patients and doesn't really talk with you, but at you. I didn't even want to ask any questions at the end. I decided google would be more friendly in giving me answers to my questions. The rest of the staff is awesome. I wouldn't go back except my referral is specifically to see her.

First off, office is in with urgent care and many sick people around. Coughing all over the place. Second of all, we got paperwork at our pre-op appointment stating everything about the surgery, fine. The day of my daughters surgery it was fine until it was time to fill her pain medication from the surgery. Apparently, I was told that I need to go to one pharmacy in town and when I was informed of this, the second time I guess, it was close to the time the pharmacy closes. So my daughter will have to go through the night without any medication. I called the on call dr and she was very nice and compassionate. She let me know that Dr. Newberg will be calling me. I’m thinking great, this doctor will figure something out. Nope, that wasn’t the case. When she called she kept say “WE TOLD YOU!”, “SHE TOLD YOU!” She was very belittling and acted like I was incompetent. So of course no resolution. Plus, the paperwork that the surgery center gave me and the pre op paperwork did not match. For example, I was told to give her the pain medication and then slow the dosage down and start Tylenol. Then the dr said to give Tylenol and the pain meds only at night. My daughter couldn’t even swallow the smallest Tylenol pill and I had to crush the second one up. Tylenol didn’t even help her pain so we ended up in the ER to get her through the night. Plus pre op paperwork said no soda and surgery center soda is fine. If I was reminded of having to take the prescription to the only place in town the day of the surgery, I probably would have given a better review. I will never take my family to this dr again. Absolutely horrible. I would never go back. She is rude, treats you like you are another number coming to see her. The appointment was for my child and I would never take my child back to her. She has the worst bedside manner. Her nurses were nice, but she was not she shares no compassion. Most unprofessional experience I have ever had at a medical facility. Also, on top of that we waited in the waiting room for over an hour. Do not recommend and will never ever go back. Absolutely horrible. I would never go back. Her new office is in the urgent care clinic on ivy wood. Been waiting for over an hour with a waiting room full of sick coughing and dying people. Never again! No respect for you time.

Dr.N is great. Fixed my sinuses with a baloon and now Im much better. No pain. She's smart and nice. Some of the staff- so so. Do go see her though. Best in Pueblo for nose issues.

Very pleasant experience. Staff was on top of things and the doctor was prompt and very amicable.

No respect of your time. Still waiting in the waiting room at the urgent care on ivywood lane. (Her new office) if you were not sick when you came in you will be when you leave.

I went for an extreme sinus infection. She was rude and grouchy. Her staff was hiding from her as she came down the hall. She put the hose up my nose and pulled out massive amounts of thick green mucus & blood and said it was normal. The assistant apologized for her and suggested I see another ENT because I was with fever and a really bad infection. If I could give less than a star I would. I feel bad for her staff. They said she was a terror everyday. This office should be shut down.

Worst place ever i been waiting for the doctor for over 2 hours now

Waited over a month to be seen as a new patient made sure my insurance was accepted than I was asked to be seen earlier than my appointment . After waiting 2 hours in the office dr spent a total of 4 minutes with me claiming there was a problem between my insurance provider and her office and that she could not examine me until her office corrected their problem with the insurance . I was seen in the er the next day with double ear infections . Very unprofessional and rude . Had to bring our 2 year old here and everytime they made us wait in the waiting room for over and hour then we get back to the room and again we have to wait another 30 mins to an hour before the doctor see us. Very very poor time management at this doctors office!

She is a awesome doctor in and out quickly answered any questions I had. very nice and knowledgeable.

Wait time prior to seeing the Dr is over an hour. Dr. Newberg is pleasant, but rushed between patients

Husband's PCP referred due to excess scar tiss on ear drum, infection,causing it to be out of proper placement. Staff/nice, doctor/nice going through his med history. When she noticed he was taking Suboxone , her attitude changed. He explained hist & PCP over-seeing this RX. She COMPLETELY ignored why he had been referred telling him chewing tobacco/drinking caffeine was causing prob & being on Suboxone (for 2 years) caused recent dizziness/excessive pain. Said not getting younger (38) & left

cost me 250 dollars to lay off from work the first time I was to meet dr newburg, she cancels the appointment. reschedules for a week later, even though I was in excruciating pain due to a sinus infection and had already been to the ER. So the next week finally get in to see the good dr and after a check up she diagnosis me with surprise surprise a sinus infection, but says it is caused by a narrow passageway. so she talks me into getting surgery. fine, whatever it takes to end this and never have it happen again. so she sets up an appointment to do a CT scan, I thought. costs me another 250 dollars to lay off from work, on top of her bill. sees me for maybe 5 minutes doesn't do a check up or anything then leaves me off with some hospital people to SCHEDULE the CT scan for ANOTHER time! by this time I am over the infection and have learned of neti pots. long story short\lesson learned, save yourself over a thousand plus dollars and invest in a 15 dollar neti pot. at least it works for you not the other way around! cost me 250 dollars to lay off from work the first time I was to meet dr newburg, she cancels the appointment. reschedules for a week later, even though I was in excruciating pain due to a sinus infection and had already been to the ER.
