My first appt with Dr. Neuman went better than anticipated. Within 5 minutes of checking in, I was brought to the x Ray waiting room where I waited another 5 minutes before x rays were taken. I was sent back to the x Ray waiting area and before I sat down, an assistant brought me to Dr Neuman’ s exam room where I waited a few minutes before Dr Neuman enters thru the door. All I can say is she’s a knowledgeable, professional, considerate and compassionate. Her along with the staff fast tracked my visit, which makes me happy.

Very nice bedside manner. Easy to talk to. Wait was not long.

Warm, concerned personality. Stays with questions until resolved, if resolvable

After having surgery, Dr. Neumann has been very responsive to all my needs. She explains reasons for her actions and answers all questions. Her staff is also very professional and helpful.

Very informative & offers options to deal with your condition. Gives pros & cons to each option. Will offer a recommendation but seeks your confirmation before settling on a decision.

Excellent care! Dr. Neumann presented me the treatment options and discussed pros an cons of each. She made a treatment plan according to my needs, and the results are great.

Dr. Neumann was thorough in examining my shoulder and very compassionate, relieving my anxiety instantly. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Neumann and her medical staff were both professional and personable, a combination that is not often found in today’s realm of medical care. They all worked quickly, but thoroughly, to diagnose the extent of my injury. This included a thorough examination, x-rays just steps away from the actual exam room, and fitting/outfitting me with an ortho ankle boot/brace. The experience with my visit was as pleasant as possible considering the circumstances. I would certainly recommend her to anyone with ankle/foot injuries. I’m actually looking forward to the follow-up appointment…thanks Doc!!

For five years, it hurt when I walked. The pain became so bad that I needed a day of rest after walking around the block. Dr. Neumann was the only doctor who took my pain seriously and properly diagnosed my condition. Now, after surgery on each foot, I am walking again without pain. She and her staff were always very compassionate and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Neumann if you are having foot pain.

Routine post surgery visit to determine how well PT is going and pain level. Dr. Neuman listens attentively and answers any and all questions.

At the beginning of November 2022 I had a virtual appointment with Dr. Neumann because I live in Ohio. As a result of our conversation I was convinced that Dr. Neumann is the doctor I had been looking for to help me. The last week of November 2022 I flew to Baton Rouge from Ohio for a subsequent in office consultation and diagnosis with Dr. Neumann. My in person office visit with Dr. Neumann further substantiated my original opinion that I had made a very good decision to entrust her with my medical well being. The warmth and caring disposition that I felt during the first virtual visit was even more evident while meeting with her in person. Along with those appreciated attributes, her knowledge of my condition and her suggestions for correcting that condition were easy to understand and has resulted in the much desired relief I have been looking for. I can , without reservation, recommend to anyone reading this review to entrust your care and needs with Dr. Julie Neumann.

First time seeing an orthopedic in this city. I was more than pleased with my experience at this clinic and especially with Dr Julie Neumann. I would definitely recommend her!!

This was a great experience. I was so afraid when I first broke my ankle Dr. Neuman was a great professional. She made me feel like i was her only patient and met everyone of my needs. I went in on a wheelchair and came out on both feet. I walk normal with 3 of the most important bones broken. Dr. Neuman and her staff really took great care of me. Thank you to OSC! Dr. Neumann and her entire staff are truly an amazing group of people. From my initial visit, to my last post-op visit, Dr. Neumann went above and beyond to ensure I achieved the best possible outcome. Dr. Neumann is the 1st ortho I would recommend to anyone having musculoskeletal issues.

Dr. Julie is the absolute best!!!! Would recommend 1000%!!!

I love her. She reassured me that every thing would be ok with my foot. She answered all my questions and was very kind. I would definitely recommend her to others.

Appointment wait time was very minimal and process was very sufficient! Enjoyed the fact that x-rays were completed prior to consulting with doctor, saved a lot of time!

Some years ago Dr. Julie Newmann corrected a broken collarbone for me without surgery which was great. This year January 19th of 2021 I shattered my left leg broke both bones and it came out of the leg and ripped it up. I asked her if she can fix it and she said ""oh yeah''" and she did the surgery on it and she fixed it will. I would recommend Dr. Julie Neuwmann to anyone for surgery. Can't believe this was the answer to my prayer???? and Dr Julie Neumann was very professional, but down to earth friendly. With that being said I needed steriod shots in both my knees. She was so gentle and the atmosphere was so relaxing I hadnt realized she stuck those needles in my knees with minimal pain. I met Dr. Julie Neumann when I ruptured my right achilles playing basketball. She and her staff were very knowledgeable and professional. She answered every question I had and I had a lot. When I was all healed up with my right achilles I felt like she did such a great job I ruptured my left achilles playing basketball just to see her and her staff again. All joking aside I did happen to rupture both achilles thinking I can still play basketball (I’m 35) and Dr. Neumann was amazing in this process. She was very precise with my foot surgery as I had been in a lot of pain for quite some time. She recommended that I not sit around for too long and to get up and start putting weight on it with crutches and then be off crutches soon afterwards. I was in a boot for only a few weeks after major surgery. Also sent me to P.T. which aided significantly with the healing process. I am so happy not to have the foot pain that I had previously experienced. There are 2 screws in my foot that you can't detect and there is barely a scar on my foot where the surgery was performed. Dr. Neumann and her staff are excellent. Dr. Neumann is a great listener and takes the time to explain my options and answer my questions. She has helped me with the issues in my right and left feet and ankles, and her knowledge and care has really made my pain less and my life better. She is great.

Dr. Julie Newman is very compassionate and top notch in her field. She has a wonderful staff that treats you the same; thank you Cara! Her and her staff work together like a well-oiled machine. I would highly recommend her for your Orthopedic needs (I had a mortons neuroma removed).

Dr. Julie Neumann is an outstanding doctor! She is attentive and courteous at all times, she is very patient and answers all of your questions! Dr. Julie is also the best surgeon around! She had me walking in a month and a half after a brutal Achilles tear! Highly recommend anyone using her!

I first went to Dr. Neumann in the fall of 2019 due some pain and issues associated with old and broken hardware from a previous surgery from a car crash. After a few attempts to remedy the issue, she suggested surgery for a hardware removal and fusion which would also take care of the osteoarthritis. It's now a little over a year since the surgery and I'm fully healed. The surgery was a success and my scar is hardly noticeable. I'm so glad that I found Dr. Neumann. She's very thorough and trustworthy and her staff is excellent! I would recommend her to anyone! I had a complicated kneecap(patella) fracture and Dr Neumann did next day surgery for me so that I didn’t have to try and get around with a painful knee. She did a great job with my surgery, was compassionate and kind and always took time to explain everything and answer questions. I was able to achieve a full range of motion after therapy. Without me asking, Dr Neumann also went out of her way to intercede with my insurance to help make sure a key part of the therapy was covered. Dr Julie Newman is a wonderful talented Dr.She listens to everything you say, before she diagnoses you. She did Flat foot surgery on me 10 months ago. It was a long recovery but I’m almost there, every step of the way she was very helpful & encouraging. Walking was incredibly painful, but now Im walking everywhere, with no problems. She showed me my improvement every visit with detailed X-rays that was taken each time. Just a great Dr that Really cares! Yes yes and yes, I was shocked when I broke my ankle, I was blessed to have her for my doctor. I felt Very cared for, and thorough with my surgery and recovery. She is an amazing doctor . Her staff was also super. “I love her”, and have healed perfectly, I highly recommend her!!!

Julie and her staff are always so pleasant to deal with and take care of me and my mom even though I am quite nervous about knee injections. She always explains things in a manner I can understand and always does her best to figure the issue out the first time. Won’t go to anyone else I BR if I can help it!

Dr. Neumann is an excellent physician. She takes her time in every appointment to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. She called to check on me the day after surgery and did such a good job on my incision that I barely have a scar!
