I went to this office for the first time and was very dissatisfied by their service. Isn't it customary to talk to a patient through the procedures they are about to get prior to just jumping in? I arrived at the office and the receptionist was very nice. After that, It all went downhill. After getting my cleaning, the doctor came in, did not even say a word, looked at me for 4 seconds and left. Now, I have read somewhere else that he is not very personable, but that is not acceptable. Please find a different dentist.
