Julian P. Ballesteros

By far the worst Orthopedic Doctor ever! He is extremely rude, condescending and over all he treated me like I was wasting his time. He didn't listen talked over me. He doesn’t care about your pain and suffering. Dr. Ballasteros assumes all who complain of pain is suffering from Chronic Pain Syndrome (a mental condition). He is horrible. He is the “Chief of Orthopedic” at Kaiser in Downey. His title must of got to his head. He made me feel like I was lying about my pain. If I could put lower than 1 star I would. DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU. There are plenty of caring, compassionate doctors that "treat" their patients with the respect and concern that we each deserve. He has no business being a doctor with that bedside manner

I highly recommend Dr. Ballesteros. He is extremely affable. He thoroughly explained my surgery and answered all my questions and calmed my nervousness. His interest and concern for his patients is truly genuine. I had Arthroscopy knee surgery and was without pain by the second week. I still need surgery on my left knee and have all the confidence in the world with Dr. Ballesteros. I would also like to say that his surgical staff/team were superb! KAISER Bellflower definitely 5 stars!
