Very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, explained things extremely well, was upfront and honest, and CLEARLY he cares deeply for the well being of his patients. Dr. Cao was so thoughtful, kind, and thorough within the appointment, and I felt so taken care of. He is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different scenarios and plan with my injury. His bedside manner is warm and engaging which helped decreased my anxiety in this situation. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He was exceptional, as was all of the staff. Dr, Cao was the most professional and empathetic Dr, that I have had the pleasure of working with. He not only performed exemplary surgery on my daughter's left knee, he also made us feel like family and walked us through the entire process. This has been the most challenging time of my life and I am sure it nowhere near compares to my daughter's, however, being in the situation we are in, having Dr. Cao right there with us has made all of the difference.
