Dr Krenning is the best! She has treated myself and my daughter. She listens and is considerate and doesn’t do unnecessary procedures. So thankful for her!

I called to make an appointment for the first time. Gave my insurance and info and was told they have to see if I am accepted to be seen. I said oh your not accepting new patients? The lady said yes we are but we have to take your info and see if someone will accept you as their patient between the 2 doctors. I was shocked this was a thing but said OK after she said someone will let me know. 6 weeks later still no phone call. Not even a courtesy call to say we cant accept you which is ridiculous and no reason not to. I have never heard of a doctor needing to be told someone wants to make an appointment can you accept them. I have persistant ear and throat pain for years so whats the issue? You are an ent right? Going to columbia ent. I will never try to use these people again if this is how they treat patients. I want a doctor who wants me as a patient. Extra drive to columbia for someone who knows what they are doing sounds worth it to me. Skip on these people and go a bit farther up. Its worth it. Dr. Krenning has gone above and beyond to help us with a diagnosis for my son’s health issue. She and her staff are very caring and professional.

Staff in nice , but she is unproffessional and did not know about Hyperacusis after Dr sapp ENT in Columia, Mo diagnose my friend. She said my friend just had allergies.
