Dr. Judy Ann Cluff

This pharmacy charged my ins Jan 7th 2019 for 4 medications from dr palumbo and I still have not recieved them. I called my ins company and they gave me the phone number to this place and the voicemail is full. Either they need to send me the medications they charged my ins for or reverse the charges or I’ll come after them for fraud. I call the medical office and get the run around that will be another few weeks it’s been 6 weeks. This pharmacy sucks!

I live in Illinois, have have been trying to get though on the phone, but the message I keep getting is. The mail box you are calling is full and not taking and calls, please try later, it's been three days and 1stop hasn't emptied the voice box, I even called a Walgreen's in sugar land and asked the manager 'Amber' if she would send a fax message to them & give them my number to call me. I received a big box of medications 7 boxes which are not mine, I even called the Doctors name that was on the receipts, and she called me back and I explained the situation, she wrote the scripts, but not for me, so I have this box full of medicine that I don't know where it goes, or who it belongs to. So my review for this pharmacy is terrible, you would think with the effort I've done to fix this, you'd think that they would get in contact with me....
