Does anybody have his updated number? I tried calling the number that's on this website and it says it's unavailable ???? I hope he didn't stop practicing I really liked going to Dr. Serrano!

I really hate to write a bad review because Dr. Serrano was excellent. He has great bedside manner and took the time to explain my options. His staff; however, are the complete opposite. His receptionist is rude and his nurse, not so friendly. They double charged me for the same treatment. You need to confirm with the patient everything that is being done before you charge them. Very disappointed. It's hard to find both a good doctor, with great staff who are professional. When I questioned why I was being charged, as annual exams are free, the receptionist said to me "You never been to a gynecologist before?" Dr. Serrano along with his staff are the absolute best!!! They make you feel like more than just a patient, you’re made to feel like a person and that’s important to me. I know not one woman who enjoys “that yearly exam”, so it helps that the office and rooms are not only clean but also serene. If I could give Dr. Serrano and his staff more stars I would, this office is beyond awesome hands down!!! Dr. Serrano along with his staff are the absolute best!!! Even dr.Serrano is nice he disappointed me. Since I was seeing him he diagnosed Cyst on my ovary. Every 3 months I was coming back ($300) and I got medications which I hate it. Was weird to me I didn’t have any symptoms at all I went to other dr. for second opinion and he showed me the same picture on ultra sound like dr. Serrano but he said it is bigger follicle which is necessary for ovulation every month. I don’t know if is dr. Serrano is not enough educated and he just made a mistake or if he did for purpose to make me constantly coming back but he lost my trust. Plus I felt overcharged and dr. didn’t do ultra sound on his own they have contractor lady and I have to do special appointment to her and dr. was just seeing photos from her never actually did ultra sound for me. Dr. Serrano is a great doctor!!!! But his desk clerk not doing a good job..i request medical records to be fax to the obstetrician in which Dr.Serrano referred me to due to the fact he no longer deliver babies and see women after 8weeks. She still have not sent the records and I'm 12 weeks 3days now!

Seriously great doctor. Everyone was really nice and patient, and the office was nicely decorated and clean. I would definitely recommend him to women of any age. I could honestly say a million great things about him.

He's been my doctor since puberty and I'm peri-menopausal. He always makes you feel like he personally cares about you . I absolutely love and adore him and can't imagine going to any other doctor for my female health.

I’ve been going with Dr. Serrano for 18 years I wouldn’t change him for any other doctor. Very professional has made me feel more than just a patient more like family. I trust him and trust his diagnosis , Dr. Serrano each and every time has taken care of me . His office staff is amazing , I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr.Serrano did wrong diagnos on me. He was showing me on Ultra Sound something which he said is Cyst from other doctors opinion I found out was bigger follicle which is necessary for ovulation and shows up every month of cycle. I don’t know if it was just mistake or if he did it for purpose but he made me come at his office every 3 months and pay $300 but the worst part is he was giving me medications which I didn’t need it even he knew I am trying to get pregnant.

I have had trouble with one lady in the office over insurance and today I went in for a visit. I gave her my new insurance card because I believed that my copay changed so she lets me know she needs to call and verify somethings. So she decides to call my insurance on speaker phone and talk to them and there was someone in the waiting room! As you can see in the pictures of his office it is very open and there are no sliding windows so the other person in the waiting room heard everything as well! She verified my name benefits, member number, codes, and my responsibilities (like my out of pocket costs) while still on speaker phone. I was sitting in the chair next to the door so I felt like she wanted me to hear because we have had issues about my insurance and copay before. I was completely uncomfortable and was sure she violated my rights as a patient. I don’t believe it is ok to discuss certain procedures and office visits with my insurance company on SPEAKER PHONE. I will not be returning to his office. It really sucks because Dr. Serrano is a very nice doctor and I really like him! The five stars are for Dr. Serrano! Dr. Serrano is one of the best drs in the country. He takes excellent care of his patients personally. He delivered both of my children and has taken excellent care of me and all my issues for more than 26 years. I feel blessed to have him.
