Wonderful doctor! The only neurologist in the area that does acupuncture for healing. She cares for her patients and does everything possible to help them heal or give relief. I highly recommend her.

I was referred to Dr. Joy Zhao when a doctor had ruled out his initial prognosis of raynaud's disease in my hands. I have been having a number of seemingly uncorrelated symptoms for the last few years that my long-standing physicians and primary care doctors had made nothing of. I was pumping myself full of medications, running through a months supply in less than 4 days at times to try and help my symptoms. It wasn’t until I met Dr. Joy Zhao that my behavior and symptoms were truly heard, investigated, and now, I have a plan for treatment that will change the course of the rest of my life for the better- Dr. Joy Zhao gave me hope for my health again, as I know she has done for many others facing even more adverse circumstances, some even unsolved for over 10 years until Dr. Zhao! If you think your condition is hopeless, or that theres no way to figure out how to get to the root of the problem, I truly urge you to schedule with Dr. Zhao and see how quickly that perspective will change!

I haven’t been able to sit for more than 30 minutes without pain. I saw Dr Zhao and she said I had bursitis of my hip which has caused severe inflammation in my butt area. She suggested acupuncture. After 1 complete section (10 appointments) I can actually take road trips for 3 hours or more! We have the bottom area in great shape and working our way to my back. I have gone to so many Doctors, PT’s, Massage therapist and other acupuncture's for over 15 years trying to get relief. Shots in my back, pills, etc and nothing helped!!! She is a miracle worker! I highly recommend her.

My wife has MS and became a patient when our former neurologist retired. I did the research when the diagnosis was received and knew that we faced nothing but decline in motor skills, cognitive ability and feeling as she progressed in her disease. Dr. Zhao recommended we try acupuncture as a sub service at her clinic. I was extremely skeptical. At the time we started acupuncture under Dr. Zhao's direction, we were limited to wheelchairs for transportation at most times, she had virtually no short term memory (couldn't remember events from an hour before) and was numb from her knees down. Within the first couple of visits, I was forced to believe the evidence before my eyes. We have now been doing treatments since Nov 2017. My wife has not seen a miracle cure, but what we have seen is a vast improvement, something not possible with her disease. She now not only can remember but anticipate upcoming events. Feeling has returned to her feet and legs. We now have hope where none was before.

I used to have serious dizzy and balance problems. My ENT doctor had run out of options and told me to become used to it. I came to Dr. Z for help, hoping that her knowledge of the nerve systems could lead to a better solution. I’m so glad that I made this decision. After being treated by her, I no longer suffer from symptoms of being dizzy and loss of balance. I am able to drive without any issue. My experience with the clinic has been totally positive.

She didn't listen to me..She refused to fill out some paper work.She never ordered tests.She asked me"Why can't you work? After suffering a stroke and foot drop.Her staff wrote notes that were untrue..I never threatened my union on anyone.This caused my primary Doctor to verbally abuse me..A really horrible experience. I made the mistake of transferring to Dr.Zhao.BIG MISTAKE..I ques I learned the hard way..She pushes acupuncture treatment even if you tell her that you have no money.

Ive been seeing Dr. Zhao for years for my siezure disorder. Shes an awesome doctor and I lover her new staff! She is always able to squeeze me into her tight schedules when I have an urgent issue and she really listens to my problems.

I received both neurology and acupuncture treatment at Dr Zhao's office after a terrible auto accident. My experience with this doctor has been really good.

Dr. Zhao is a good listener and a very experienced professional. She is among a few medical doctors whom I really trust and respect. Under her care, my migraine condition has greatly improved.

Dr. Zhao is truly a blessing for me. She is the best doctor I have seen in years and is renewing my faith in healthcare. She spent hours with me listening to my concerns and answering my questions. She looks at the big picture and isn't one sided in her decision making. The acupuncture I received had noticable results in one session compared to months of seeing another LAC with no results. She truly seems to care about my health and is so kind and helpful. Highly reccomend this office!

offering acupuncture based on business incentive rather than necessary. fake protocol and approach to holistic treatment. poor effect but richly fee charge!

A doctor who refuses visits by claiming falsely that she will offer you free acupuncture. A salesman more than a physician. Office workers such as Sierra are most inefficient and could careless about patients.
