This is the worst place EVER!!!!!!

My daughter went there and it took a year to get her help. She wasn't that messed up and it still took a year . they need to close this place down.

Run just like a prison. Please do not send your loved ones here. The sad part about it is if I was feeling depressed and knew asking for help would lead to this place I wouldn’t say a thing.

Horrible place!!! Rude people, and poor treatment from the minute you walk in... we were told we could visit our son on Sunday only to be told we had had the wrong day, when we showed up...overall , a horrible experience. The front desk needs to learn to show authority without being rude!!!

Forced to go on medication that's didn't help , misdiagnosed and the medicine they had me put on has caused issues that I didn't have before.. ,I am legally allowed to take medicinal marijuana and they forced me to go on pills when I said it is against my beliefs., Definitely don't trust doctor j or the case workers because they lie for that kickback .,I have had PTSD all my life and they have diagnosed me with an illnesses that they use as a blanket term ,in a area with 20 people 10 people can't have an illness only 1% of the world has. That's not how it works. The security officers are not considerate to certain simple circumstances like mistakes on packing the clothing. They don't allow you to take them out and repack them in accordance with their requirement. You can't even deposit money if you are not on the list, as they say. If this is the way how visitors are treated, imagine what would happen to your loved ones who can't protect themselves. There should be some random checkup on these department from time to time. The psychologist refused to speak with me even after my daughter gave permission and insisted that she answer my questions. She wouldn't work with me to have a face to face meeting either. Trying to find out anything regarding diagnosis, treatment or discharge planes is impossible. My daughter said she isn't getting help. She may talk to someone 30 mins a day if that, but for the past 3 days no one has talked with her. The case manger is super nice, but can't answer any of my questions and when I mentioned, I wanted to bring clothing for my daughter I was told it is only allowed on Saturday's. Never was I told it had to be an hour before visitation starts and more importantly I need to call and get on a list. So now my daughter is wearing pants that are 3 sizes to big on her and the same pair of underwear for a week and she needs to wait until next weekend before I can bring her anything. Hopefully, she will be out by then. I will be filling a formal complaint and see what other measurements I need to take to prevent this from happening to other people. The system is broken and someone needs to fix it. It's not right how they treat the patients there that are depressed. I feel they are being punished for having a chemical imbalance and instead of giving them support and showing compassion they are treated like criminals. The family's of these patients are treated the same and they strip you of all rights. Why in the world would anyone ever ask for help again knowing this is what to expect. My son was admitted and stayed 2 weeks. They released him with medication and said he is fine. WHEN he got home nothing changed. I think because he didn't have ANY insurance and was pink slipped to be there they just went threw the motions to get him out. I feel TERRIBLE that my son or anybody that went there...goes there..or is still there. The staff doesn't take the time out to care. They go there a paycheck. I haven't been able to have regular visits with my son for almost 4 months now. They restricted his levels 4 months ago which means he is only allowed on his unit only. He looks like a cave man. He can't go to hair shop to get his hair done. He's complaining that his mustache hair is going into his mouth.This facility is supposed to promote patient health and competency. This can't properly be obtained if you prevent them from seeing their families. They have groups that are ran by TPW's not psychiatric therapist. The units are dull, dark, and lifeless even during the day. Patients are not provided with proper products to maintain personal hygiene. Although normal visits range from 2-4 hrs. daily families only get 45 minutes once a week to drop off items for their loved ones. I could go on and on. This place is worse than being in prison I haven't been able to have regular visits with my son for almost 4 months now. The staff were great I felt welcomed it takes special training to deal with the issues they deal with and they have rules you got to in that environment come on!

FIRE the HR department including Bernadette Dudley, the family members that she hires only as well as the front office staff. They act like rude garbage collectors. I'm glad they treated me so rude/publicly humiliated me up front, b/c I wouldn't last one day working there. I never got interviewed. The state of Ohio need a clean sweep of that place. They saved my life. I had to get hospitalized twice before I admitted that I needed help. That is how real change takes place. It's been 4 years since getting escorted inside their doors and now I take my meds everyday have a girlfriend and am living a normal life. They gave me the tools to fight my mental illness and hooked me up with aftercare for that I'm grateful to the staff. They saved my life.
