Stay away. Let me walk out without checking my BP again after it checked 172/100. Had stress test, said everything was ok. See you in a yr. Well that didn't seem right. I was referred to another cartiologist, not there. After just seeing my EKG, he knew something was wrong. I am now being treated for CAD.

I am originally from NY where you are a number and not a human. Where they told me I had lung cancer over the ,hung up without making an appointment. I spent 30 years in Virginia, loved my cardiologist!I have been so blessed by the great care I have gotten here! Dr. Winslow and his staff have been absolutely wonderful!

My husband went to Dr Winslow for a second opinion after a nuclear stress test showed something irregular, and after a few months of not feeling well but without the usual heart problem symptoms, such as no chest pain. He performed a diagnostic heart catheterization and found a very significant artery was 90% blocked. If he had waited until he had pains he would not have survived. I met Dr. Winslow four days before Christmas of 2019 due to an event I was experiencing. He took charge of the situation. Placing me on the protective medicine I needed and quickly followed up with me to steer me through the help i needed. He then put me in the capable hands of Dr. Lance Lewis to perform the procedure necessary to correct my issue. I have since followed up with Dr. Winslow to chart a plan of action as we move forward! I love the ease of working with him to regulate and/or change my medication as needed. I feel its very important in today's social climate to find a doctor that listens and is caring. Dr. Winslow is a wonderful, intelligent, thorough, caring doctor. He always takes the time to listen to my concerns and addresses each one. He has helped me for over 7 years. I was fortunate enough to have met him while I was in the ER and I've recommended him to all my friends ever since.
