Dr. Prozialeck is incredible. Not only has he taken great care of my daughter , but also he is lovely to speak with and gave my daughter so much attention, explained every question. I was not judged about my daughter being a picky eater and some of it is causing her GI issues . It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend this doctor and the nurse Barb was so nice. We will follow this doctor Dr. Prozialeck is incredible. Worst pediatric doctor who doesn't care about patients. Wonder how he's employed with Lurie Children's - he refuse to write letter for school absences/accommodation, does Not call back patient with test results that he ordered, makes patient wait 3 months to see him although it’s urgent, and says to your face "I don't do letters here. Get it from your pediatrician. That's how it is". Worst physician - tried to switch to a different doctor in same office, but office manager told us to go elsewhere, and patient canNot see a different doctor once you picked one. i was a bit concerned based on the reviews before seeing him with my daughter. I found him witty and personable. My 16 year old daughter also like him. I also appreciated his approaches, not an alarmist and isn’t looking to do a procedure just to do one.
