Very professional Thanks

Dr. James was amazing. He took my concern seriously. He had me in and out in less than 20 mins. I am pleased with my visit.

I loved my visit with Dr. James. He was easy to talk to, listened to my concerns, was extremely patient and I did not feel rushed at all. I was pleased with his diagnosis and treatment. So happy I found him.

Unprofessional Facility..... Scheduled a appointment on 01/23 for 02/03. Called on 02/03 to make sure about appointment and they said Dr James is in Surgery this afternoon and can't see me. Attended even said they are doing favor to me by not charging me cancellation fees even though they are being unprofessional by cancelling my appointment without any notice. She even threaten me to send cancellation charges to my insurance and said its their financial policy... please try avoid this facility.

Called today to schedule an appointment was told by the receptionist that Dr.Joshua no longer sees patients for ear problems. The receptionist was extremely rude and was unwilling to help me with scheduling an appointment for my son. She hung up on my and wouldn’t answer my call when I tried to call back to book an appointment. Highly unprofessional.

I wish we came here sooner. The quality of care, and attention Dr. James has given my Dad has been excellent. I wish we heard about him and this office years ago.

Attentive, proactive, friendly... Always get a good feeling when visiting Dr. James

Dr. James came up with a plan to help my daughter's issue with chorinic congestion and seems very thorough in his approach. So far so good.

Have had chronic sinus issues my entire life. Came in and saw Dr. James and was taken care of like I was family. I no longer have sinus issues and can actually breathe. Can’t recommend him and his staff enough.

Our Son has been suffering from severe allergies for years and since seeing Dr. James he has been much better with oral therapy drops. He had a severe sinus infection and urgent care would not provide any antibiotics, they suggested he go see and allergist which we already had Dr.James. Doctor James is amazing. I felt like he listened to my chief complaint; he answered all my questions and concerns pre and post surgery. His office staff are wonderful. I was surprised how smooth it went when they said they will verify everything with insurance and making sure, all info are well communicated before I agreed to the surgery. Dr. James was so good with my kids. Making them feel comfortable and answering all their questions so patiently. He had them laughing and giggling which was wonderful as it significantly reduced their anxiety from being at the doctors office. We would definitely recommend Dr. James to our friends and family.

Dr. James and his staff were great. I felt that my concerns were heard and understood, and addressed with compassion and competency. Would recommend this practice if you need an ENT!!

Dr. James has been my ENT for quite some time. He has always taken great care of me. I highly recommend him. He is probably one of the best Doctors, I have ever had in my life.

Appointment process was painless. Wonderful front office- kind and patient. Dr James was knowledgeable and helpful.

Dr. James is a very knowledgeable physician, he listen and interact with patients in a very professional manner, and always tries to make sure all symptoms are disclosed properly so he can prescribe the correct treatment. I highly recommend him.

Front desk is amazing! Dr. James is absolutely the best ENT, I have ever been to. The allergy team and the audiologists are the best in the business!

I have "white coat syndrome". Upon entering Dr. James' office everyone was very friendly. I was especially thankful for the wonderful ladies at the front desk. We had a brief and agreeable conversation before I took a seat. This makes all the difference for me. Then the nurse called my name who was also friendly and I was treated with dignity by the doctor. Again, it's difficult for me to visit the doctor's office and or hospitals. I pray they don't change and perfect the goodness that they're already practicing. I have "white coat syndrome". The doc is great. However, the practice has made making an appointment VERY difficult. I left voicemails numerous times. The message promises callback on the same day. NEVER got a callback. The messaging option on their website worked, but isn't available all the time during business hours.
