Have been seeing Dr. Zarge for over 20 years. Wonderful doctor. Very high level of expertise and is just a great guy. Really, really cares about his patients. Chuck Pekor

Dr. Zarge probably saved my life. After being referred to him from a General Surgeon to verify calcification of my leg arteries he knew from the sound in his stethescope that my carotid artery was blocked. He sent me for an ultrasound which verified near total blockage. He then scheduled an arteriogram to confirm and surgery the next day to clean out my right carodid which was 99% blocked. Although St Joseph's is in the worst possible location for traffic, the doctors and nurses there were all fantastic "Care Givers" and Dr Zarge and his team were all very professional and considerate of their patients. I hope never to have an operation like that again but I would definitely recommend Dr Zarge for any vascular, heart issues. If not for him I would almost certainly had a stroke or heart attack in the very near future. How can you not love and respect people who actually dedicate their lives to saving others? In my opinion, Dr. Zarge is absolutely one of the best doctor I know. He is very professional and very friendly, always smiling. I couldn't have chosen a better doctor to perform my procedure.
