Jo Vo was great!

Always great and professional service

Everyone was pleasant and helpful, the Dr was great always given advice on how to take care our eyes for my wife and my self,Emmy also was great on explaining everything about our new glasses, great job at the seminole town center mall.

Always very nice , got service quickly and thorough, have trusted and used them for years.

Dr. Vo and the staff was amazing. Very informative and helpful. I will always recommend Dr. Vo.

Dr. Mimi Nguyen is very thorough in examining your eyes and explains everything so you can understand. The entire Lenscrafters team, receptionists and eyeglass team, provided exceptional care.

Dr. Vo is amazing. He is courteous and thorough and makes you feel at ease. I highly recommend him and his team.

Dr. Nguyen was very kind and easy to talk to about my symptoms. She was extremely informative when it came to discussing treatments, alone with potential reasons why I may be experiencing my symptoms in the first place. I would gladly return to see Dr. Nguyen!

This was my first time getting glasses, and everyone was amazing! Doctor Vo was great and explained everything to me and Kim was so amazing letting me try on every pair of glasses in the store and figure out what I liked. Everyone was very patient and kind and I had a great experience.

Dr. Nguyen was personable and listened to my preferences re contact lenses. (5 stars) The office staff, however, is horrible and needs to be retrained or replaced. I had to call two weeks after my appointment to check on trial lenses. I picked up the lenses and not only were the boxes labeled incorrectly (OD and OS reversed), but the power and axis were incorrect. I returned to the office and the office "manager" not only wouldn't accept responsibility but downplayed the inconvenience. She also claimed that the correct lenses were not available. Ironically, I returned home and ordered the lenses from an online retailer. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this office.

Dr. Vo was absolutely amazing! He is very personable, friendly, and thorough with his exam. This was the best eyecare experience.

I have been going to Dr. Vo for many years and would simply not go anywhere else!!! He is very thorough and knowledgeable. Despite how busy he is he always gives you his undivided attention.

The Doctor and staff were absolutely amazing. They were welcoming from the moment I walked in and offered their assistance throughout the entire visit. I was able to get a cute pair of RayBans for a quarter of the price I was expecting upon first walking in. Each and every employee there took time to explain all the information I needed, from the doctor, to the staff, assisting in picking out the perfect frames! You must go and check them out

Dr. Vo is a game changer. I went in October for glasses with another Dr. Came here for annual and I can actually see lol. Dr. Vo took his time and explained everything how I'm actually seeing things and he was spot on. Now I'm gonna be a yearly customer.

Dr. Mimi Nguyen was very thorough, personable and took care to explain each step of my exam. She makes my visit a joy and something to look forward to each year. More chairs are needed in the waiting area but really like the new space...very spacious.

Everything about this visit went well. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. You could tell everyone was working as a team. Dr. Vo is knowledgeable and does a great job explaining things.

We dealt with two issues. A refund for one pair of glasses that we saw no significant improvement with and fine tuning a proper fit on the other pair of glasses. The lady who fit my glasses was very patient and asked questions about the use and scenarios that made a difference in the fit and.field of vision. Thank you.

Dr. Vo is always awesome! He is a really nice guy, and the associates and manager are always a pleasure. They are really helpful and honest. I shared that I wanted more affordable contacts and Dr. Vo and one of the associates helped me with affordable options and broke down the costs for me.

Our family eye examination experience was a pleasant one as always. Dr. Vo and staff are great! Dr. Vo is very informative, kind and attentive. We keep seeing him because it’s hard to find an Optometrist who takes his time to explain and give the patient adequate amount of time and service.

Dr. Vo came highly recommended by a friend and he certainly lived up to his reputation. He was the most knowledgeable, kind and patient doctor that my daughter and I have ever had the pleasure to meet. He personally worked with my daughter, putting in contacts for the first time along with many assistants, who were also very warm. After three hours my daughter could not get the contacts out of her eyes and we went home to rest her eyes and continue to try. We then went back to LensCrafters and Dr. Vo took off his glasses and put in a contact, to show my daughter how easy it could be with practice, and then took out her contacts for her. He also said please come back tomorrow and sit here and we will just keep practicing and I will help you get it out if it’s too hard. You can do this! Dr. Vo is truly one of a kind!

I came in for an emergency appointment. Dr. Vo was thorough and was able to confirm no eye damage. What a relief! Thank you so much Dr. Vo.

The provider was amazing. She was full of life and made me feel really comfortable. I feel like I trust her and will recommend my friends and family.

Very professional, they did thorough eye exam, Dr. Joseph was very kind and he not only performed the eye exam but he also provided inputs on the eye care, he specially helped me getting the vision number for my specific requirement for computer usage, specific distance between me and monitors. Professional and super fast.

Very informative and listened to my concerns. Great staff. Helpful with glasses and contacts.

Every question I asked was answered completely, I received coupons for recommended medication, and I didn’t have to wait for my appointment. I have been with Dr. Vo for years and will continue to do so.

He was very professional and explained what he was doing. He answered all my questions in a way I understood. He knew his work well. I recommend my wife to see him.

Nguyen was great, she laughed at my jokes and liked my shirt. She also did a great job making me feel comfortable while chastising(like a caring mom would) me for being horrible to my eyes. The young lady that worked at the counter and did the prescreening was fantastic as well. My eye exam went smoothly as always. The staff is friendly and Dr. Vo is awesome and does a great job with answering any questions I have. The staff is the reason I still come to here even though we moved almost an hour away. Thank you.

Best experience from Dr. Lin (Not sure if I'm spelling that right)! She explained everything so well and gave me extra tips and advice for managing my ocular migraines and product advice for lenses and even managing everyday issues like putting on makeup when you can't see up close! She was kind and brilliant.

Love Dr Vo been coming to him for years in fact my whole family and my mom. My mom drives over 2 hrs to see him. Juan on the retail side is also excellent very knowledgeable & friendly been coming to this location for yrs they always do a great job

This was my first time as an adult getting an eye exam and I felt like they were very accommodating and helpful to me. I was able to get my glasses in the same day and my vision definitely improved with them. Extremely happy I went today.

The only reason I rated my visit four stars is because of the amount of time I was there. The doctors and staff are great and very knowledgeable. They both seem to really care about their patient's vision and eye health.

My issue with my contact was resolved and I feel more secure about wearing my contacts.
