Billing department is terrible!!! I paid for every single bill that came into my mail the day they arrive and 6 months post-surgery, I find out that theirs went into collections?! Absolutely no attempt was made on their part to even send me the bill. No phone call, email, snail mail or anything.

I will say my experience with the anesthesiologists at the hospital was great! However their billing department is the WORST I have ever seen!!! Apparently when you set up a payment plan they do not have the ability to do automatic payments, which was not explained to me. What company in 2015 doesn't have automatic payments!!??? Then to top it off if you miss a payment, which I did because they were not being automatically paid like I thought, they do not send any notice to you. When I asked why I didn't receive notice, they said "we don't do that, you have to call us". They sent my bill to collections for missing 2 payments and never gave me the chance to fix it! I understand my responsibility in this situation and I should have checked my account to make sure the money was coming out, but I needed their services because I just had a baby and I have been a little busy with a brand new baby. I am disappointed in the lack of customer service and furious that I have a bill in collections because they have an outdated system! BE AWARE WHEN YOU USE THEM!
