Dr. Vandermmer was genuinely kind and gave me all my options from least to greatest. I was able able to fully understand my condition and make an informed decision about my care.

Awesome. Treated my 9 month old daughter so well. Made the whole process of getting tubes easy and simple for us.

Dr Vandermeer is very professional, discussed all my symptoms and explained what could b causing the problem. I would recommend seeing Doctor Vandermeer. The office staff did a excellent job handling the initial paper work and I was taken back to the exam room on-time.

Arrived for scheduled appt 15 min early. 45 min after schedule appt time ..I'm still in the room waiting to see the doctor. Really? I expect this at my family practice office but at a specialty office?!? The person who asked me to fill out papers after I was taken back was wearing work out clothes. She walked up to me asking me questions and I thought she was another patient. Your staff should look professional. If your staff looks sloppy what does that say about your care? Will not return!

Cursory examination followed by highly speculative diagnosis. When asked how the dx was decided, became evasive. Then recommended hearing aids. Billed a typanometry test which was not done. Very disappointing.
