My first ever complaint. I called to ask for bloodwork to be sent in the mail for me. After my phone call, I realized I changed labs and called back to ask for a change. The lady I spoke made a snotty, annoyed remark like I was putting her out. I have been with this office for many years. This is the first complaint I have. Great he made me feel comfortable and I have kept returning for his great service and knowledge.

ZERO bedside manner. Waited months to see him. Abruptly cut me off whenever I tried to speak. DEFINITELY will not be going back to him

Worst doctor I ever saw, yells at you, talks over you, don’t dare ask questions, very very rude! Had my Synthroid dose too high , saw my tsh was 027 I asked him if that was ok he said “ eh”. I ended up on a heart monitor for 2 weeks because of him. He has a huge ego and extremely rude. Do not go to this Dr! He also wouldn’t do a sonogram on a new found nodule on my right thyroid after I had my left thyroid taken out because of thyroid cancer. He doesn’t care about you!

I’ve been seeing Dr.Terrana For a number of years now, he is by far a very caring doctor . which in today’s society you don’t find that too much. His staff is very understanding and caring to. Thank you for all you do.

Dr. T. has been my doctor for many years. He saved my life by recognizing that I had early stage pancreatic cancer through my regular diabetic blood work.

I have been a patient of Dr. Terrana’s for almost 20 years, he is the best endocrinologist I have ever met. He is instrumental in managing my diabetes and thyroid condition. He is knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. Not only does he listen intently to what your symptoms are he teaches you the best way to manage your overall health. I have recommended him to family and friends and have never heard a bad comment about him. You are definitely in great hands if you choose him as your doctor.

I just started seeing Dr. Terrana for diabetes. So far I can tell you I am thoroughly impressed. I was sent a script to have bloodwork done prior to my first appt. My results were reviewed & I received a call from his office to change my appointment to an earlier date. I was away with my family and became concerned about my test results. I called the office back & explained my concerns- I asked if the Dr would possibly call me back to discuss my lab results. The woman said she would leave him a message. I was grateful but since I was not an established patient I doubted he would call back. Well, 6:30 PM that Friday evening my phone rang and it was Dr. Terrana. When a Dr. cares enough to call a non established patient after hours because they feel apprehensive - that’s the Dr. for me. I just recently went in for my first visit and feel very confident in the Dr. & office. I’m looking forward to getting better and having Dr. Terrana as my endocrinologist.

I’m so happy I found this office. After a terrible experience with an endocrinologist I was so relieved when I met Dr.Terrana and his staff. The woman up front are usually so nice on the phone and in person. Dr.Terrana took the time on my first appointment to explain to me what Graves’ disease was. He even printed me paperwork to take home to understand it further. I didn’t feel rushed and he gave me options on how to help my hyperthyroidism. It’s been over 3 years and he has kept my levels in range and I always recommend him to anyone needed some answers or help!

Excellent doctor. 5 star rating. Truly cares for his patients. Been his patient for many years. Always on top of technology and new products to try out. Great staff as well!

I cannot say enough about Dr. Terrana. He is kind and well educated in hes field. He spends time with you and if you want to talk about other problems not just medical-He is there for you. Thank you Dr. Terrana!!!!

Excellent doctor- takes his time explaining everything to you . Patient and smart . Would highly recommend for those with diabetes .

Dr. Terrana, was very kind and knowledgeable. He has helped me control my Diabetes, my weight has gone down, and I am very happy with all he has done to control my diabetes. He answers all questions and will ask you if you have any more questions, and he does not leave you wondering about what he did.

Several months ago I left a terrible review for Dr. Terrana. It was completely misdirected anger. I had had my thyroid checked for the last five or six years, and was assured it was not cancerous. The goiters became so large I went to a surgeon, Dr. Brian Untch Who agreed that it was not cancer. My thyroid was removed by Dr. Untch and nine days later I got news that in fact it was cancer hidden in my massive goiters. . I was mad, and hurt. No one could have seen that I had thyroid cancer. I completely retract my first review against Dr. Terrana because it was no fault of his. It was a second cancer diagnosis for me, the first one being breast cancer. I did not continue to see Dr. Terrana for six years because I thought he was a terrible doctor.he is wonderful. His waiting time in his office is minimal his staff is extremely courteous, and Dr. Terrana remarkable. I do hope he excepts my apologies, and I recommend anybody I know to go see this wonderful doctor. Thank you Dr Terrana

Worst experience dealing with a doctors office. Highly unprofessional, heartless, & rude.

He is a very attentive doctor. Staff is courteous and wait time us very short.

Dr. Terrana is the best! He spends time discussing your illness and best ways to treat it. He makes sure everything is understood before you leave. He has a warm personality and genuinely cares about your health. Little waiting time and the office staff are very helpful and polite.

Dr. Terrana is one of the most compassionate, patient, & patient advocate doctors that I have met. From day one 10 years ago, Dr. Terrana and his staff has answered every question I have & was the only Dr. that would prescribe a not popular big money maker medicine that works for me. I was so happy with him I sent my daughter to him, who for 5 years had almost lost her life after thyroid cancer surgery, because doctors did not listen to her. Thank you Dr. Terrana & your kind professional staff

Ive been going to him for 10+ years. He is an amazing, extremely intelligent Dr. He is very kind and good with patients. I think he's awsome.

Dr. Terrana is a kind, compassionate, knowledgeable doctor. I was in search of a new endocrinologist and I needed an emergency appointment. His secretary did everything she could to fit me in immediately. He made me feel so comfortable and was very thorough with how he explained various things to me. He spent almost an hour going through everything during my appointment. I would highly recommend him.

I went to Dr. Terrana for a second opinion, since my last Dr I was not satisfied with. I'm so happy I found Dr. Terrana, he is the most passionate, caring, understanding Dr. I have ever met. He makes you feel so comfortable and definitely takes his time explaining things to you. I wish all my Dr.'s were like him. I couldn't have asked for a better Dr. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him, I am so upset I wasted my time with the first Dr. just because the office was close to home.

He is an excellent practitioner. He's kind and understanding and has helped me learn more about my illness, and ways to keep things under control. I appreciate the amount of time he takes for each visit. I don't feel rushed or my questions ignored.

Dr. Terrana is plainly stated the best doctor I've ever had. I was diagnosed as a type 1 diabetic in my thirties and he helped me through the hardest parts and praised me through the good parts. That was over ten years ago and I followed him to his new practice and I'm grateful for his patient care. He is the type of person who not only has an excellent 'bedside manner' but also is passionate about the science behind what can be a total nightmare for a diabetic. If only everyone was as good!

Dr. Terrana has been treating my diabetes for over 10 years. He is thoughtful, through and very patient oriented. I have never had a better endocrinologist. Can't say anything bad about his practice. He is the standard that all doctors should strive for.
