Dr. Joseph B Suffridge

I had an emergency during Covid and he did the root canal that day. I looked him up when I needed a root canal this week. It is wonderful to have this service in eldorado. I had my consult and he could do the surgery the same day. He os fast, knowledgeable and no nonsense. He gives you your choices fast and explains in layman's terms. I am very pleased with the results.

Worst experience I’ve ever had! Dr and staff were extremely rude!

Dr Suffridge was rude & ruff and he got the last buck from me he will ever get. I will drive to Monroe LA or Ruston before I would return to him. I was referred by my dentist to use him, and I told my dentist I would not be using Dr Suffridge again.

Dr. Cain referred me. Trust me, a regular root canal is not the boss of pain compared to a redo. Dr Sufffidge did a great job. Was upfront about the pain & honest to recommend to pull it instead as it could be a cracked issue. I had faith it was worthwhile (based on it being an infection). It worked, praise be to God. Throbbed for a long time but no more ache keeping ya up all night. Four years later still good.

No one enjoys going to a Enterologist Dentist for a root canal but when you have no choice there are few better than Dr. Suffridge. I had a bad toothache in a tooth last worked on by the fine Dentists in the U.S. Army. The Army Dentists liked to use nice large fillings. I was sure the tooth had to go but Dr. Suffridge was able to save the tooth. I could tell he had a lot of experience with problems like mine and he expertly took care of the tooth, advised me on the next steps I needed to take, and he answered any questions I had. The staff very rude. My apt time was 11:00 I arrived at 11:04 according to my iphone. Since I hadn't filled out my paperwork that was suppose to have been emailed to me I had to fill it out there which was fine, but since that put me off schedule they were not going to do my procedure. A trip for nothing! Dr. explained time is my money well hell yes mine is too! You would think if you don't get a response back from email you could PICK UP A PHONE and talk with the client! I won't be back

Front desk assistant was rude when I asked why was I Paying for $115 consultation, which took only 2min and was 20 min after the time I had scheduled. Only to be told that my tooth needed to be extracted but his office doesn't do that - "go back your dentist to see". Didn't suggest where I could go for the extraction. A BIG SCAM!!
