Dr. Joseph Radzwilka is a great doctor. He listens and gives great advice and good instructions. After 2 appointments with him and getting a helpful solution for my medical issue, he is now my Primary Care Physician... Thank you for Dr. Radzwilka and your caring team!!!

Awesome Doctor

There was no waiting time. Dr Radzwilka was very attentive and listened to all of my concerns. He read my CAT scan to me so I fully understood what the results were. I find him to be a very kind, professional and a very caring doctor.

Best Damn Doctor I ever had! Listened to my problems treated me as an equal not a production line income. However, I still need my shoes I've been waiting on for 3 months I also need an email Address as it is extremely difficult to talk

I have to say my last visit taking my mother was honestly the best visit so far. He took his time. He talked with me and checked my mom thoroughly. I feel the Drs do not thoroughly check anymore. I do not know why. Is it timed?? I had an issue with the Dr regarding not returning my call and not sending bloodwork order. I brought it to his attention. He apologized and said he was sorry. He spent a good enough of time and thoroughly checked my mother. I was satisfied. I cancelled my own appt because I was concerned. I will try one more time for myself. I’m hoping he is thorough. Dr. Radzwilka listened to my physical and anxiety issues and gave me a resolution to all. He ordered the tests I needed and conducted a wellness test. He answered all my questions and gave me some good advise on how to handle my medical issues. Dr. Radzwilka is a Very Professional and Caring Doctor who takes his time with your exam to make sure all is resolved. I highly recommend Dr. Radzwilka. He is an Excellent Physician. Dr. Radzwilka has been my primary physician for 13+ years. I hope that he never retires, because I don't know what I would do without him. He is kind, caring, has an excellent bedside manner and doesn't rush me through appointments. He listens to my concerns, and explains things carefully. Dr Radzwilka and his staff are amazing. They always respond to my phone calls, as well as give me updates about my appointments or procedures. It's a very friendly environment that I have been a part of for almost half my life. I have seen people get upset in their reviews about the staff not answering the phone, but personally I like that. Because then when you are there at the office, they are focused on you. Rest assured when you leave them a voice mail, they most certainly call back when they have the time. And if it's an emergency, call 911. That's not rocket science, folks. Dr Radzwilka and his staff are amazing. After a visit to the hospital for passing out and getting stitches on my face, a frac. vert in my neck and a broken thumb I was sent to "my doctor" for a follow up visit. My sugar readings were high. Dr Radzwilka (who is a very nice guy) sent me for a blood test on 9/11. The test was available the next day as per the lab. I have been calling almost every day {sometimes twice a day} to find out the results and see if I need a prescription so I do not pass out again. Its been TWO weeks and Dr. Radzwilka will not return my calls. I should not have had to wait two days for a 10min. call but its been TWO weeks and still nothing. He either does not care, has no clue or is just rude. He did send the lab results to my home but I am not a doctor and need advise and possibly a prescription for this condition. WHERE IS THE FOLLOW UP??? If I do pass out and again hurt myself I plan to hold Dr. Radzwilda responsible. In the mean time I will seek out a competent doctor who is familiar with diabetes/sugar levels and have this situation PROPERLY taken care of. Being a "nice guy" is not enough, in this case it was nothing! Dr. Radzwilka is the best family Doctor I have ever been to. He is very kind and smart physician. What makes him an amazing Doctor is that he takes his time with you and really listens to your concerns. I recently fell into some health issues and he was 100 percent on board with treatment and returning any phone calls with any concerns I had. Dr. Razwilka has been my family doctor fir around 7-8 years now. He is kind and caring. He listens, never interrupts and he has ALWAYS taken great care of me. I've had a rough year and he is never judgmental. Amazing doctor! And his receptionist Chris is the sweetest lady! The whole staff is amazing! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

While the doctor is great, his staff is incompetent beyond compare. It’s bad enough you can’t speak to a human anymore, just a voicemail, but even with repeating information they STILL send it to not only the wrong pharmacy, but to one you’ve never been to. Then the staff acts as if you’re asking for heavy narcotics when you’re asking for a REFILL on an antibiotic the doctor has been prescribing you because of your health. The receptionists need to realize they’re not doctors. While the doctor is great, his staff is incompetent beyond compare.
