Dr. Joseph J Radakovich

My poor experience was from the admin staff- not Dr. Radakovich. I asked for a few minutes grace for our first concult appointment due to a death in the family and was told no exceptions could be made. We had waited weeks for the appointment so we rushed and to be on time and then waited to 15 minutes past the appointment time to be seen. But even worse I asked several times to get an estimate of the cost of the procedure and was told they couldn't give me one- I just got a bill for an additional $1750 I was not expecting. This is a horrible way to treat people- I would expect better from a merchant but from a medical provider it almost seems unethical.

When others would offer futile repairs to make extra $, this honorable and most excellent Dr. promptly knows what needs to be done and does it without any kind of nonsense. Outstanding! Thanks so much!

Careless with their masks. Surgeon had his down in the hallway and barely had it on in the consultation. Only put it on correctly when I asked him to. Incredible that medical professionals could be so thoughtless during a pandemic. Vaguely sexist painting in the waiting room.

Four months after the implant process of April 2019 I returned for the digital scan. The assistant tried to place something into the site and was unable to do so. I sat patiently in the chair while she left the room twice to consult with the Doctor. The second time she left she said, "Don't move." Meanwhile my mouth was open and my jaw was aching, I was sweating and anxious. The Doctor came in and hit the site with an instrument causing a loud bang and a metal piece dropped out. I was anxious and shocked. They talked to me for a bit and told me my dentist could finish this. My regular Dentist has worked with me regarding my on-going anxiety concerning dental procedures. Since then I have increased dental anxiety. The way the assistant conducted the procedure was unusual and I am traumatized to this day concerning the treatment I received. Probably one of the best doctors I’ve ever had, hands down! His team is incredible too. I’ve been struggling with complications from a difficult wisdom tooth removal (unrelated to surgery itself), and Dr “Rad” and is team have been compassionate, thorough, responsive, and kind beyond comparison.

Lovely practice with attention to detail. Came to Dr. Radakovich's office for the removal of my wisdom teeth and they were able to have me in for a consultation in two days and scheduled surgery a week and a half later. Dr. Radakovich is very kind and knowledgeable and prepared me well for what to expect before, during, and after surgery. Special thanks to Lori the dental assistant. She made my time there very comfortable and called the following Monday, as well as sent a note. I would recommend this practice to anyone who needs oral surgery. Professional, dedicated and responsible. Dr. Radakovich incurred all costs for bone graft on an implant which underwent some bone loss. The graft was fully successful and allowed my dentist (Dr. Applegate) to refit the crown.

This place deserves the 5 stars!! They are so kind and friendly! I had to get my bottom wisdom teeth out that have been a pain this last month. I am very scared of needles but Dr.Radakovick was super quick and i hardly felt it! The procedure went great and the staff are super kind and caring, they gave me a care bag to go home with! Reusable ice pack, capstick,water and some other things they also wheel you out to ur car! Love this place and would definitely recommend! This place deserves the 5 stars!! My son (17) had 4 wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Radakovich recently. It was easy to get an appointment for the short consult and his staff explained every detail, including the cost, very well. We were able to make the extraction appointment quickly (before school started) and were given instructions on exactly what to expect pre and post operation. I was very pleased when Dr. Radakovich called the evening of the surgery to check on how our son was doing. I would highly recommend this office for any dental work needed! I went to Dr. Radakovich for a second option on a tooth that felt normal that a Gentle Dental dentist said I needed surgery on. After consultation and monitoring Dr. Radakovich determined it was a scar from a previous root canal and I did not need surgery. I appreciate his honesty, and professional attentiveness. I had a sinus lift, bone graft and dental implant placed by Dr Radakovich and I had a great experience. It was done with local anesthesia and was completely pain free. The procedure took much less time than I expected and the post op discomfort has been minimal. I highly recommend Dr Radakovich. He and all his staff are wonderful, very competent, kind and reassuring. I will definitely go back to him if I need another dental implant or oral surgery in the future. I went to Dr. Radakovich to get my wisdom teeth removed. He and his staff made me feel amazingly comfortable and at home. From consultation to after surgery, I received exemplary care. They thoroughly explained how the procedure was going to go, what to expect during after care and answered all of my questions.

If you know that you are going to have a surgery with him, go to this place. If you are thinking/researching and just want to ask some questions, do not go to this place. They charge you a lot for just seeing your teeth for a minute and answer questions. I was surprised by the bill. They said that I was the first person to complain but I doubt it. It is like a hidden charge. I wish they have told me about the consultation fee before seeing the surgeon.

I had an abscessed tooth removed this morning, I'm the type of person who really hates going to the dentist, and this was a wonderful experience. I went to my regular dentist on Tuesday, Dr Jerry Leonard who is an incredible dentist and I highly recommended him, he referred me to Dr Radacovich, who was willing to come in early on Friday morning to perform the operation. When we called on Wednesday to schedule the appointment, his scheduler offered to get me in on Thursday but due to the infection I couldn't go in until Friday. This in and of itself was incredible, not many Dr's offices would be so curtious. This morning when I went in for the procedure the staff were frendly and really put me at ease, the nurse that I had was so kind and made me feel comfortable, and Dr Radacovich was approachable and very kind. After the procedure they sent me home with a care package; written instructions with a description of things to watch out for, gauze to pack the wound, an ice pack, etc.. This was such and amazing experience 12/10 would recommend, I will definitely be going back to have my wisdom teeth removed and for my dental implant. I had my wisdom teeth taken out by DMD. Joseph Radakovich and his staff. The procedure was painless, clean, and quick. I was given post instructions for the following days as I healed. Great people, great environment, awesome service.

I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Radakovich and staff it was done quickly with no negative side effects. I was expecting the entire process to be more painful. I had little to no swelling and very little pain. I will definitely recommend this office
