Made appointment, asked for call back to verify insurance (which I know should be covered but just in case). Never got call back. Called to re-schedule, left second voice mail, never called back. I cannot review Dr. Poitier because I never got an appointment. Looking for another provider now.

Dr. Poirier is a professional and he cares about his patients

I have been seeing Dr. Poitier for a couple of years and he has helped me immensely. The office is always clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and professional. I recommend Dr. Poitier highly.

I found Dr. Poitier during the Covid crisis and he has been a lifesaver. With my anxiety sky high and my depression overcoming me, I don't what I do without him. Even in a world of televisits and phone calls he has helped me become comfortable with this new way of doctors visits. I highly recommend him and his staff, they are kind, understanding and prompt.

I go for my pills and that's it. I don't expect him to better than the rest. It's all about the bottom line. Want to get better? Ride a bike! (if you dare)

HORRIBLE PSYCHIATRIST. I came here on 12/1/18 for my first appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 12:45PM, & I wasn't called in until 2PM. The entire office is filthy and outdated. During my appointment, Dr. Poitier told me he believed my depression would be lifelong & that I'd have to take anti-depressants indefinitely. While some may find that as him being honest, I felt it was very harsh & something you just do not tell someone, especially after ONE appointment. After he prescribed me

This is my FIRST experience with a psychiatrist (bear in mind) and it was NOT positive. I am now looking for a new doctor. I was "diagnosed" with a basic screener and three simple follow-up questions. He followed me for about six months, yet he would ask me the same questions every time he met me. He rarely fills out a prescription correctly which made getting my prescription near impossible (yet I had paid for the appointment). The office is very dingy/gross. NOT recommending.

I would NOT recommend this doctor because, First time I see him, he sat in front of his laptop and made 2 or 3 questions that I could barely hear, filling out probably the form to make sure the insurance is going to pay him, That was it, he did not say a word, I had to ask him if he will see me again and his reply was "see the receptionist" to top it off, I asked his staff to electronically request my medication and they did not. this got to be the worst medical service I had ever. no meds eithe
