If only I could give ZERO stars My mom is unsatisfied with her facelift from 7 months ago. It was a waste of money and time. She Almost looks the same prior to surgery. •He removed drainage too soon (following day) •Didn’t mark her face prior to surgery (he just winged it while she laid in surgery?!) •He advised her to wear her face mask for a week only (makes no sense, as it’s needed longer) •Didn’t recommend any massages for post surgery / post care •She received an additional bill about a month later (no warning from the doctor) We wouldn’t recommend this doctor for facelift.

I am coming upon my one year anniversary for my surgery and I am still ecstatic about my improved appearance thanks to Dr. Perlman.

The staff at Dr Perlman's office are friendly and helpful. My surgery experience was perfect start to finish. I couldn't be more pleased with my results. I will be referring friends and family and I will continue to use Dr Perlman for all my cosmetic procedures as I have for the last 17 years.

I had a great experience with Dr. Perlman. I had liposuction on my legs, dog ear flank removal, and Bodytite procedures. At about 5 weeks out, results are looking excellent and I'm looking forward to how everything looks in 6 months. Thanks so much!

Dr. Pearlman did an amazing job on my filler. My face was not proportional in certain spots, so he added fillers to the areas needed to achieve a natural and more proportional aesthetic.

I have been wanting to have a neck lift for a few years. I follow Dr Perlman’s Facebook page and recently saw some before and after photos for the myellevate minimally invasive neck lift combined with smart lipo. I immediately scheduled a consultation and had my procedure on 4/8. The results are amazing and I am extremely pleased. Dr Perlman has been supportive and very approachable at all times during the consultation and post-surgery process. I felt I could ask questions and discuss any concerns at all times. The aftercare has been excellent with follow up appointments to ensure I was completely happy with the final outcome. My experience throughout has been extremely positive. Dr. Perlman and his staff are excellent! On January 17, 2022 I had a facelift and neck lift. Dr. Perlman explained my procedure and made me feel very comfortable. My recover is going very well and have been back several times for follow-ups. One day I had a small issue with some mild bleeding. I emailed the doctor and he saw me the same day and resolved the issue. I am healing very well and each day I can see the wonderful results of his artistry. I am looking forward to the next month to come for the results. I am looking forward to returning next month for my next follow-up. My eyes are different shapes...my ears do not match and the bags under my eyes are just as bad as before surgery. My husband asked where did I find this clown. Every one in office are nice.

I was just bringing up Dr.Perlmans office info for my own personal needs, when I saw a review stating a negative experience with office staff. I wanted to bring up my own experience there so that things can possibly be seen from ANOTHER perspective. I am a former health care worker who has had many years experience in many different settings of the health care industry, so I’m very scrutinizing when it comes my PERSONAL health care needs and experiences. Ive used Dr.Perlmans services quite a few times now, and from the first phone call, speaking with the receptionist - to the way everyone in the office treated me like family - the way Dr. Perlman took MORE THAN ample time with me to assure I knew what the procedure entailed, how I would need to care for the area after treatment, making sure I was comfortable, and staying with me afterward until it was ok for me to leave - was a breath of fresh air. I saw other patients and how they were treated the same way by the receptionist , the office manager and YES, even the DOCTOR!! I mean I’ve NEVER run across a doctor that makes me feel so comfortable and at ease. If something negative happened, please keep in mind,- that we have ALL had instances where someone got the wrong message because of unforeseen things going on that we just didn’t have any control of in the moment. I assure you, Dr Perlmans staff are kind people - who know their craft well and have their patients at the top of their priority list. I love dr pearlman and his office staff. I had implants done and they are beautiful. I wish i would have gone bigger but he says thats normal. Of i get anything else done dr pearlman will be the only ps who does it!

This review is in regards to whoever is working front desk or in charge of the phones. I’ve had a few friends that went to this doctor and all had good things to say about him. I was interested in a few body contouring procedures and possibly injectables, so I was looking around. It’s been terribly difficult to get anyone to answer the phone or return a message for an appointment There’s also been someone at the front desk that has deliberately hung up more than once. Great Staff with a incredible surgeon !

Doctor Perlman is one of the best surgeons, I had a mummy makeover done by him and I have several consultation with more than one surgeon and I didn’t feel as comfortable and confident as I did with doctor Perlman, he is up to date and give you all your options he took his time to answer all my questions and went over every detail that I need to know about the surgery and what to expect after, he took his time to listen to what I want and gave me the best advise he is not a surgeon that just want to operate he is beyond amazing, besides that he was referred to me by my uncle and aunt which they spoke highly of him, my aunt had a tummy tuck done by him and she loves her results. The only bad thing that I would have to mention is his office manager she is HORRIBLE she has a very very bad attitude her name is Jeannie try to avoid dealing with her because she has the worst attitude that no one will need to receive and not considerate at all very RUDE before and after surgery but other than her all his staff is amazing Moe his front desk coordinator is beyond amazing my only problem was Jeannie. Dr. Perlman is definitely the go to doctor for any kind of procedure. There are many other plastic surgeon doctors in The Woodlands and Spring area but Dr. Perlman, and his staff, stand out above the others. I recently had an upper and lower Blepharoplasty on my eyes. I was nervous about the procedure but not because I didn't trust Dr. Perlman. He was the only doctor I trusted to do the procedure and he made sure to put me at ease. I had a brow lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, face lift, and necklift. I am absolutely thrilled with my results! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Perlman and his staff. I was comfortable, not afraid (even though I'd never had any surgery of any kind before), and the whole experience was fantastic! I never had any pain afterwards (never even took a pain pill), and, although I looked like I'd been beat up for the next two weeks, the bruising cleared quickly and I was able to cover most of it with concealer and makeup about a week after the surgery. If you're thinking about having some "work" done, I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Perlman. He's both a wonderful doctor and a wonderful guy. I decided not to go with Dr. Perlman because of how I was treated while trying to get a consultation. I had a few questions before booking an appointment so I emailed one of his staff members by the name of Jeannie Kennedy. She never responded to my email so I gave her a phone call nearly a week later. She was reluctant to answer any of my questions because she had "already replied" to my email. Although, Dr Perlman had performed a couple procedures for me and also several members of my family, including my own daughter, I felt I needed a couple of different opinions from other plastic surgeons; so I did. After seeing 2 other docs, one in The Woodlands and the other in Memorial City, I knew Dr Perlman was the absolute choice. He is awesome, kind, courteous, respectful, and an excellent surgeon. Best DOCTOR EVER!!! I had a mommy makeover done and treated myself after losing a lot of weight and Dr Perlman and his staff are extremely nice, professional and very informative in every step of the way till the procedure and after. Everything was explained extensively and he answered ALL OF MY QUESTIONS without being rushed. And after the procedure his staff checked on me. A couple of times I had personal issues with the procedure not from anything he did and I was able to communicate with him easily on the weekend. Injections. They are constantly telling me I cannot have an appointment for injections. Why are they the only office that sells out. Debbie does not put in enough product almost always leaving me with needing a touch up. I am going to stick to Bambi. Sad that after almost 20 years I have to find someone else to go to. I believe they are diluting the products. The office staff is not at all what it used to be. . Cannot emphasis enough on poor manager skills & lack of presence.

STRAIGHT UP LIE!!! 2ndly...Yes I paid you guys $13k. Do I need to provide receipts?! You have messed up so many people you don't even know who I am to say all what you just responded with. My real name is no where in my review. So you just making up stuff to turn this into a better review when it's not!!!! Ok. I also got lipo in my thighs because they rubbed together just a tad bit. My surgery ended up being BOTCHED!!! 6 months later It looks like I NEVER had surgery. I went bk about 8 months later and showed Dr Pearlman he said he would do the procedure over at a discounted rate. They basically took off like $2k of the $15k I originally paid. So y'all now want me to pay $13k??!! Like really?? So my rolls were still in my back, my thighs were extremely jiggly, bumpy, lumpy and Horrible! My abdomen and waist still was the same size before surgery. Basically I still looked 3-4 months pregnant. Now the butt transfer he did was prob the worse one in history! I actually had a nice butt. I just wanted it to be bigger under the bottom of the butt. This man somehow made my butt look like I have a long extended back! My butt cheeks are 2 different sizes, lumpy...the cheeks also sag. They basically are disformed. I have no top butt as if he suck my top butt out or something. I have had consistent burning in both my cheeks since surgery. Also feels like I have a heart in both cheeks cuz it's like u can feel your cheeks pounding like a heart from time to time. I can never sit on my butt too long cuz of the pain, etc. I NEVER write reviews on anything. I mean never! This is my first time writing a review. The reason I took the time to write a review is because it's been 4 or 5 years since I got this surgery. I still hurt daily today within my buttocks. Same burning sensation etc. I have had to deal with going to other surgeons and no one won't fix my thighs cuz they are that damaged. Since surgery, I have never worn a skirt, shorts or even a swimsuit. It makes me very sad because I am just 32 years old and the confidence left shortly after surgery. I am engaged and don't even let him see me in panties because of how my buttocks look. In jeans you can see one butt cheek hangs lower than the other. I mean this man really did a number on me. I advise anyone who wants all what I had done to not go to him. Because once he mess you up, he will only offer a small discount to try and fix it. I considered actually suing him because a few doctors recommend I do because....HE NEVER EVEN TOOK BEFORE PICS OF ME. When I went back to him to show him his procedure was botched, he asked the nurse for my before pics to compare and I had to remind him they never took pics. He whipped out the camera so fast to take pics then. Other docs told me to def sue him because he didn't even take pics before. I just want my old body bk at this point. Meaning. My butt I had before instead of making it bigger and the one roll in my back instead of the extra two he left me with. And also my lil cellulite thighs instead of the ones he left me with today. I know you may say well it's been years since I had surgery and things change. But please know I am a vegetarian and have always been one. My routine or anything hasn't change. This man really left me botched. My stomach from giving birth to 3 children and menopause was so stretched with loose skin hanging and I was always uncomfortable. I went to Dr Perlman for a TT and now I have a flat tummy again! No more elastic waist pants for me! Thanks to Dr Perlman, I am looking good!

Had permanent implants done in my lips and they are gorgeous! No bruising and only slight swelling on the first 2 days.

I recently have graduated from National Laser Institute in Dallas, I went to be a licensed laser technician and learn about different laser procedures and have skills in many areas including skin typing. Dr. Perlman ruined my face with Hypo-pigmentation, visible scars,along with visible indented squares. My face is a wreck beyond repair. I was a good subject to all the students, teachers and doctors at the school for everything that" can go wrong "when a doctor is too aggressive and doesn’t know how to spot check with a laser in hidden places so that the hypo pigmentation isn’t visible for all to see when the wrong setting is put into place. I have been so distraught that I can no longer be a model, I no longer go out of the house, I no longer enjoy life. I would rather be dead, but I suppose I will now make a good Laser Technician since I am now educated in the field. I think he needs to correct my face for free. The problem I have is I don’t believe my face can be corrected. I have become deeply depressed over all of this. I absolutely loved my mommy makeover and the price i got was incomparable considering i don't have insurance . He was a sweet gentleman and always answered all my questions. I had a tummy tuck, liposuction of waste and tummy and back liposuction ,and breast implants (silicone). Barbara was wonderful she does the financing and worked everything in for me. i got surgery right away no waiting, and the whole staff treats you like family and they work together for the comfort of Patient .
