Dr. Joseph Wynne Nolan

Well, Dr. Nolan treated my RA for over 20 years. He was great until my RA became unmanageable and I inquired about biologics. He refused to consider me a candidate. So after several appointments of increased pain I advised I would like a second opinion. A few weeks later I missed an appointment , as I was in the hospital, and due to this Dr. Nolan released me as his patient. I tried to explain I was in hospital but to no avail. When I spoke to my PCP she told me Dr. Nolan was required to see me under state law if I needed him six months after a release. I told her his letter did not say that. My assumption is when the health of a long term patient goes south, Dr. Nolan just releases that patient. This is not what I need in a Dr. I now have a great Dr. Who has had me on a biologic now for 6 years and my health has drastically improved, Thank you Dr. Soloman.

First of all, Dr. Nolan is a rheumatologist, not a sleep medicine doctor as indicated on this site. I have been seeing him for 16 years and am so grateful for the care he's given me. Dr. Nolan always listens to me, never rushes me, will always answer any questions I have about treatment, options, risks, etc. He has a small number of staff and they know you by name as soon as you walk in. I trust him with my health implicitly.

Good doctor! Very understanding and helpful. But the receptionist is very horrible! It is not very easy to see him and leave notes if not feeling well with her. She is very rude! He is great, but his office receptionist doesn't make it welcoming or easy to go too.

From the first impression to the end of the appointment I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Nolan and his staff. I felt comfortable and welcome. Dr. Nolan took time to ask questions about my condition, listen carefully and explain various aspects of my condition and treatment. I have had RA for about 25 years and have seen a number of rheumatologists in the valley, for better or worse. I speak from experience. I am very pleased.

HAVE THIS DOCTOR FOR MY PAIN MANAGEMENT AND HES GREAT AT HIS JOB WOULD NOT CHANGE HES GREAT

Very good doctor, very caring and always explains things well to his patients.
