Dr. Napoli was my daughter's plastic surgeon for the past 13 years. He is an excellent doctor and an amazing person, always putting his patients first and receiving praise from employees in all areas of the hospital. We will miss him tremendously; CHOP has received a real gift!

I would never want any mother or father to have to go through what we had to with our daughter, but if anyone does this would be the doctor you would want to take care of your child. Dr. Napoli is not only an amazing surgeon he really cares about not only his patients, but their family as well. In my many months at the hospital I could never find anyone patient or staff to hear his name and not say how wonderful he was and have a story of how in one way or another made a difference in their life. I really wish there were more doctors like him in this world that had the passion for what they do and making every patients experience the best it could be. I am so very blessed for him and the difference he made in my daughters life. I will be forever greatful!!!

He sat me down and went over what would happen with surgery, why surgery was needed, and calmed a nervous mom!
