I am very disappointment with the staff of Dr. Justice. On my last appointment they refused to see me because I was 17 minutes late. After the receptionist initially said Dr. Justice could not see me if I was over 20 minutes late. I explained how my commute was far and even then they did not care. It's okay for them to have kept me waiting on my first visit for over an hour since a procedure before me took longer than expected but they couldn't wait for me. The receptionist Lisa was very rude and did not try to accommodate me or offer to reschedule me. When I told her how upsetting this was and told her I would have to find a new Doctor she responded rudely and sarcastically " okay, you have a wonderful day." I was referred here by my dentist . I am a dental phobic and the thought of a root canal raises my blood pressure . But the dentist assured me that Dr Justice was an exceptional endodontist and that I would be treated with kid gloves .. the doctor was so gentle that I felt nothing during it after the treatment . For 7 days I suffered because my dentist did not see any tooth fractures or infection. My dentist used the standard x-ray. I was on heavy pain meds and a slew of antibiotics. When I saw Dr Greiner he ordered an immediate CT (3D) scan of my tooth and gums. Dr Greiner showed me the imaging results and it showed my tooth had multiple fractures and a quarter sized infection as plain as day and it was determined that my molar could not be saved. The standard x-ray was totally inconclusive and missed the problem. If I had been sent to Dr Greiner’s initially, I would have had only 2-3 days of suffering verses 7 days. It’s not a knock on my wonderful dentist. The scanner cost $150,000 so it’s not an option for the most part. I believe that all local dentists need to know about this valueable resource so they can offer the best options to their patients. Insist on a 3D scan if you want to know exactly what is happening with your ailing tooth without any guess work. Prior to my emergency procedure, Dr Greiner Explained in detail what I was facing and what he would do to end my pain. He and his entire staff were compassionate and very professional. Excellent, professional, and caring.

Dr. Greiner is an excellent and very talented endodontist. I am very grateful for his excellent care over many years.

Both times i had emergency problems and Dr. Justice was there to take care of me. She was extremely skilled as well as helped keep me calm. I had confidence that she new what she was doing through both of my root canals.

I will no longer go to anybody else! He is very conservative in treatment, gentle, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to explain things clearly.
