Dr. Joseph Milton Brogdon

I was referred by another Doctor specializing in infectious diseases. Dr. Brogdon was very professional and asked what the referring Doctor had told me that he would do. I told him exactly what she had told me. When I finished, he said that she told him something totally different, which was inappropriate for my problem. We exchanged some "Small-talk" about the mix-up, and I was impressed by his honesty and sincerity. A few days later, I received a refund for my co-pay in the mail.

Dr Brogdon saw my wife. He discussed her problems at length and suggested we see a specialist in Atlanta that may be able to do a procedure to help her. The specialist was very good and I was relieved when he thought the procedure was too risky.

He actually sat down and listene . Answered all our questions. Let us know my previous neuro was running tests that were not needed for the medication i am on.

Had a horrible experience with brogdon! He refused to listen to any comments or questions I had told me when I asked about my condition that yeah you can probably treat yourself better he was rude an short spent less than 5 minutes in the room with me

I have been going to Dr. Brogdon for many years and any time I had a migraine he was quick to see me. Before imitrex and topamax became available he wrote a note for me to carry in my purse to present to the hospital staff when I had to go to the emergency room in the middle of the night so they didn't think I was a drug addict just trying to get drugs instead of help for my severe migraine!!!! Love, Love, Love him!!!

Do not bother going to Dr Brogden if you have Parkinson's. He has very limited knowledge of treatment options and other symptoms such as Dystonia. I had to find the drug Stalevo on the Internet and beg him to write it for her. He mentioned that my mother might need to go to Emory, but when we asked his nurse about the refferal process, she just dismissed us saying they were booked 3 months out. We had to go to her primary care md to get a refferal. Emory could not have been better. The md at Emory couldn't understand why my mom was only taking 1 pill for Parkinson's when there are so many other options.
