A very nice Doctor compared to the one l saw there last time.I am sorry he couldn't take care of my problems

Doctor so nice. He did a procedure so that I can hear again. It had been 3 weeks. Thank you Dr Bradfield!!!!

First thing First. A new patient is filling out what amounts to a 3 volume book series. My wife and I both tried to fill out the wanted information by online feature on their website. Two thirds through the web entries the site has a glitch in it and will not let you continue even though all items have been checked. Wife had same problem when she got to the same point. It didn't let you know if it retained the sign in or not. If you call to ask about it, you are placed in the internet answering machine service for 45 minutes. I'm going to make the rest of this short. Staff is fake friendly by training until you dispute something they say that is in error, then you are put in waiting room purgatory while they make fun of you in hushed tones and laugh. HIPAA laws are violated as they openly speak with you about medical problems with patients all sitting around eavesdropping. A lot more negative to say but I never go into this much detail. One good comment: Dr.Sundine was personable.

Dr Bradfield was very good at explaining the situation to me about why my ears pop when I’m standing up and the difference of when I’m laying down

At the beginning of November I called to get an appointment with Dr. Bradfield and the earliest appointment I could get was Jan. 26, 2023. Ok - I get it. New patient, I’ll wait. Then this afternoon (Jan 24), his office calls me to say that he’s now not going to be in the office on Jan 26 and they need to reschedule my appointment. Ok - I can do a reschedule (thinking that it would be in the next 10 days or so). Nope - earliest I could get in was March 10! If that’s how his office treats patients and he’s ok with that, there is no way I’d want to be seen by this doctor.

Impossible to contact. Scheduling website not functional. Other reviews tell me to not get care here.

Always caring and helpful. He prescribed a nasal spray that solved my runny nose issue on my first visit. It had been an issue for years and he was the only doctor that knew what to prescribe.

I LOVED IT. ????????????????

I have been treated by Dr. Bradfield for more than a year, including sinus surgery that included the removal of polyp and what turned out to be a tumor with cancer cells. Both were successfully removed. I have great confidence in Dr. Bradfield. He answers my questions and provides good advice. Staff is friendly and the office is pleasant and well organized.

My experience has ended up being one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. Being one that has suffered from allergies and dozens of sinus infections I had a deviated septum which required surgery. Bradfield performed surgery and I now have scar tissue that blocks my passage way. My symptoms have extremely worsened. I guess some are better with there hands than others. Wish I NEVER had this surgery. Awful experience I regret everyday.

Dr. Bradfield is an excellent ENT.

Dr Bradfield has operated on my vocal cords twice and treated me for a cancerous condition of the vocal cords. I have the utmost respect for him as a medical doctor and someone I have complete confidence in as a person. He is a totally professional doctor who practices with old fashioned principles. The patient always comes first. I would not go to anyone else.

Needs to include the hours on website

Dr Bradfield is the best ENT. He did surgery on the right side of my face 4 or 5 years ago. He has wonderful bed side manner and always greets you with a smile. I'm moving back to New York and I know I'll never find a Dr as great as he is.

Guy is a joke and charged my ins. co. Over $500 for a recent routine office visit plus 60 copay from me abd then they kept forgetting fot TWO MONTHS to get a prior auth from my ins. Co as i suffered for two momths. I finally went to a different ent. The barranco clinic is only after as much money they can make and as quickly as they can make. If u see them-dont say i didnt tell you so!! See for yourself. Complete joke
