Dr. Joseph Christopher Berardi

Dr. Beradi came highly recommended by a good friend. I came down from Prescott to meet him. The staff was highly professional, much more than and other office and I have been too many over the years due to breast cancer reconstruction in 1994 and 2012. I worked for doctors and I can detect any manipulation or false promises. Dr. Beradi was extremely knowledgable and gave me different options. I would rate this office a 10+ easily. I would trust him implicitly without hesitation.

A waist of time and $150. This dr cared more about making money. Disregard for my medical concerns and pushed more for what he thought was best for me even after I said I was done with breast implants , only wanted my breast implants removed and no more implants put in.

I never actually met Dr. Berardi, but got charged $150.00 for simply booking an appointment with him. Booked 6/1/20 and cancelled 6/3/20, 7 days before I was supposed to see him. I found another Dr. that I chose to use and called right away to cancel. Was informed that their policy is to automatically charge, just for the privilege of putting my name on their calendar, and I had to fight to get the charge reversed. Be aware that you will get charged $150, whether you use him or not, or even see him. It’s an automatic charge, that they don’t tell you about when you book.

I was referred by a mutual friend of the Dr and mine, this is the third consult I’ve had in the past couple of months for the same procedure and they’ve all been different experiences. This is by far the worst I’ve had so far and do NOT recommendFrankly I feel robbed of both the $150 consult fee and my deposit totaling $700 lost for absolutely NOTHING. Details: Starting from somehow not having my original consultation appointment in the system and on the day-of they had to reschedule me to another day. I made it work, I get accidents happen however inconvenient. Then the day of the rescheduled appointment I waited beyond a reasonable amount of time to be taken back to the office. They had flowers for me and a my name on the screen so that was a nice touch but that’s about where it ends. The patient coordinator made uncomfortable and intrusive small talk and proceeded to tell me more about herself than I cared to know for an awkwardly long time. I started getting anxious because t
