Love Doctor Bieber. He's the best. My entire family has been treated by him through the years. Always kind, funny and through. He takes the time to listen and actually solve your problem. Last time I went in I thought I needed surgery to correct a mistake another dentist had caused me. Dr. Bieber said Less is more and he gave me exercises to do and I'm all good. Love him.

Was a bit worried to have my tooth extracted without gas. Wow was Dr. Bieber and his staff fantastic! My tooth was extracted so quickly with no discomfort at all! Very highly recommend his service!

As a "first time" implant patient, I was more than somewhat apprehensive about the process. Dr. Bieber and his staff communicated extremely well, addressing all my concerns and putting me completely at ease. The procedure, which entailed a challenging procedure (challenging for me, not for Dr. Bieber) went very well. Dr. Bieber's staff are extremely pleasant, professional, and capable. My appointments were conveniently scheduled and my time in the waiting room was minimal. Dr. Bieber was willing to work within the constraints of my dental insurance so that my out of pocket expenses were containable. All in, I am a very satisfied patient and I highly recommend Dr. Bieber and his staff to anyone in need of oral surgery or implants.

I was recommended to Dr. Bieber by another dentist My visit on 1/26 /23 was a pleasant experience. I found Dr. Bieber to have an excellent manner, and be proficient in his diagnosis. He was very professional. He promised no pain and followed through on his promise. I didn't have any pain after the surgery. I was given scripts for antibiotics and pain. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bieber to anyone seeking oral surgery.

Staff was rude and inappropriate, I even overheard one talking about how someone didn’t like Black people while I was there. The doctor does not provide individualized patient care, is very touchy with women, and doesnt have new technology for something as simple as a CT scan to view infections. Overall this experience was a waste of time and I am glad I didn’t let this doctor operate on me.

I have been to Dr Bieber twice in the past and have had a great experiences each time. I recently moved 900 miles away, but drove back to New York to have 13 teeth extracted for upper dentures, several of which were broken off at the gum line due to poorly installed crowns by a different dentist in the area. As before, I was informed of what to expect and had the procedures done quickly and with very minimum discomfort. The pain and swelling was so minimal that I only took Ibuprofen for the next few days and never needed the prescribed pain medication. I took my 17 year-old daughter for a consultation -he checked my daughter out and then starred at my breasts when he spoke to me. Ordered me to pick up my purse when it was time to leave like he was in charge of me. Downright creepy. Time to retire.

I am very nervous about going to the dentist for any procedure, so having a tooth pulled was fraught with anxiety. Dr. Bieber listened to my concerns and took care to ensure that the procedure would be painless. His staff were very kind and accommodating, working to fit me into a busy schedule.

Staff at front desk weren’t nice and rude at times therefore giving the rest of the stuff a bad impression. Doctor was very nice though along with nurse helping him. Wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you want to receive an attitude the minute you walk in.

Excellent experience. Last week, Dr. Bieber removed my last wisdom tooth. Other oral surgeons before him refused to remove it because it was sitting on the nerve in my jaw that could permanently numb that area if not done correctly. However, I had to have it removed because it kept getting infected. Dr. Bieber was wonderful. He took all necessary precautions during COVID-19, and he very carefully examined it before the surgery to ensure he could safely remove it without permanent damage. Recently had all 4 wisdom teeth removed at once. Was very nervous about the procedure prior because one wisdom tooth was attached to a bit of my jawbone. I waited until the last possible moment to go through with this, the nurse there helped relaxed me had a nice short conversation that helped keep me calm until I was put under. After waking up from the anesthesia, Dr.Bieber and the nurses had already numbed my mouth felt no pain whats so ever. They even helped me out the office to my mother who was patiently waiting outside due to COVID. Ran into normal face swelling for 3 days and some pain then had to make an emergency appointment due to a loose stitch and a blood build up in my mouth that's very rare. However they scheduled me in that same day almost immediately, Dr.Bieber was wonder and quickly solved the problem. Right after I left and I felt 100 times better, went to work 2 days later with no problems. They helped my fear of this procedure go by smoothly I'm so happy to have gone to Dr.Bieber. Had my wisdom teeth removed during all of the covid safety protocols. The office is efficient and everything felt sanitary and clean. The receptionists and dental hygienists are all very sweet. Dr. Bieber removed all four of my wisdom teeth very quickly. Recovery was speedy and entirely painless. No swelling, no bruising, no issues with the stitches or bleeding. Was eating like normal within a couple of days, and didn't require any pain medicine. I am very grateful for the ease of this experience. I went to Dr. Bieber for a dental implant. The procedure was totally painless! He is excellent, and he has a great personality. He made me feel totally at ease. I've had my implant for about a year, and there are no problems. The office is run efficiently and the employees were nice as well.

I had a tooth extracted last week and was extremely pleased with the staff and Dr. Bieber. He was totally professional but had a friendly demeanor, putting me at ease. The extraction was painless, quick and uneventful. I was apprehensive because I had consulted a different oral surgeon, who said I'd need a CBCT scan and might require sinus closure surgery! Thankfully, I chose Dr. Beiber and am very happy I did.

Master oral surgeon. He removed 2 of my wisdom teeth on 2 separate visits with no pain, one was cracked. He told me he's been doing this for 40+ years, but still a down-to-earth, humble and likable man. The ladies in the office are also pleasant, professional and courteous. Thank you doctor and nurses!

My surgery with Dr. Bieber went well. However, the people that work in his office are disgustingly rude and unprofessional. They should lose their jobs immediately. They spoke to me with such vitriol and I was simply asking a question. They do not deserve to be in any office positions!

Dr. Bieber is confident, kind, and gentle. My procedure was smooth and painless. You cannot get a better oral surgeon for an extraction or to put in an implant.

Bad experience over all. I was referred to him by my dentist for an implant. Wrong referral... Front desk rude (Fishkill office). I had asked my xrays sent to them but other office hadn't, and so I was yelled at like a little kid. Receptionist was annoyed that she had to take the time to call to request them since she ..tells patients "to bring everything with them." [I can't bring something I don't have in my possession] While sitting in the dentist's chair, I was told about the $100 consultation fee, which was not disclosed to me when I made the appointment in person at the front desk and showed them my insurance card a week earlier. It would have been nice not to have taken time off work to make this needless appointment. Then Dr. Bieber proceeded to tell me how he cares about his patients, unlike other dentists who care only about money. But then he kept changing his fees/costs for an implant and being vague about the total cost. Oh, and he said he uses American-made stuff...trying to appeal to my patriotism. (I wonder if anyone falls for this b.s.). Then I got up to leave; I asked about the $100 consultation fee no be applied since there was no real consultation. He said he'd wave it. We both walked to the front desk, and he told the receptionist to give me a break and charge me only $75! I looked at him in disbelief and objected. He finally agreed not to charge me. I was told my daughters wisdom teeth surgery would be covered, just needed to pay her co pay up front. No problem. 5 months later, received a bill saying it wasn’t covered and a 10% charge added on to make it worse. Spoke to our insurance, plus escalated to the plan administrator and it was reprocessed. Unfortunately for us, it went to deductible and got a second bill in meantime with more charges and a threat for collections for non payment if not paid in ten days. Called to explain we WERE working aggressively to see what happened with insurance but the short notice for payment we were unprepared for. Asked the office to work with us. Instead got a nasty billing lady who refused and was happy to send us to collections. I will never refer this office to anyone. The best oral surgeon ever. Took my mother to him many yrs ago, my daughters, and he has done my implants and wisdom tooth extraction. Friendly, down to earth, talked me through the whole process. My dentist used to say Dr Bieber finds bone where there is no bone. He took his own mother there. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Just had oral surgery yesterday. I was very apprehensive. Even the 8 injections Dr. Bieber gave me was painless. He is extremely knowledgeable and gentle. I've had all my wisdom teeth pulled by him in the past and would never go to any other oral surgeon but him.

took my son to see him about a cyst the orthodontist questioned, he didn't read the referral he said the cyst was nothing, then he started cutting at one tooth that didn't come in yet saying he was manipulating it even though that was not even requested , then a bill of over $1000 sent a month later. Stay away from this Dr. and his nasty staff unprofessional and rude.

Dr. Bieber saved my life. I broke two teeth in three days. The root of one tooth broke during extraction and penetrated my sinus causing a severe infection. Both my primary care physician and dentist recommend Dr. Bieber to remove the root and repair my sinus. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Bieber and his staff. They are all highly professional and compassionate. I would recommend Dr. Bieber to anyone needing an oral surgeon.

Referred by my dentist for an implant. Bad experience over all, from the front desk (Fishkill office) to the dentist. I didn't appreciate the front desk the way I was treated. I didn't appreciate the way the doctor explained things to me (more like a car salesman). Also hidden fees, and vague estimate of costs (for implant). I won't go back.

My wisdom tooth was pulled out and I experienced no pain. When the Novocain wore off I took two Tylenol. I thought I would need more a few hours later but I didn’t because there was no pain. I went to Dr. Bieber about 2 months ago to get 2 teeth pulled. The dentist is my worst fear but he made me feel very at ease and as comfortable as possible. He was pleasant, kind and gentle. I was fine the next day. Highly recommend!

After a recent tooth extraction, I was awash with blood and in a panic. I called Dr. Bieber after hours. He returned my call immediately, explained, reassured me and calmed me down. Thank you, Dr. Bieber. And called the next morning to check up on me.

Absolutely, Stay Away! Beiber will accept insurance payment, then rebill for more than what insurance paid him. Search the Internet and it really won't be that hard a decision to make. Find someone who won't double-bill you.

Went there to get a tooth pulled. Wasn't his first time pulling a tooth. Very easy going experience and hardly any pain. Staff was very nice.

Dr. Bieber and his staff are wonderful. My 11 year old daughter had to have 3 teeth taken out, one was an extra third tooth under her bottom front teeth. Dr. Bieber and his team took the time to comfort my daughter before the procedure and after. Dr. called us a few hours later to check on her. We did not feel rushed, and everything was explained to us clearly. If we need an oral surgeon in the future we will definitely be calling Dr. Bieber.

I like this guy; he's got little tricks for extracting teeth where, hahaha, he distracts you...you don't know it's coming and then BOOM — it's out. Also, he's a pretty funny guy. He was late one time and when I bitched he explained how he bounces around from one office to another (he has two, I think). This is why I give some credence to reviewer Morgan's negative commentary. But she used these adjectives and superlatives that I think are above and beyond, like, "absolutely awful" "most unprofessional" & "absolutely worst". The office (Newburgh) could use some tightening up and the chicks at the desk could be friendlier, I suppose but, after dealing with dentists in the NY area for the past 40 years I'd be inclined to assess Bieber's office as well above average. Another thing about his place is they are not elitists. Many dentist offices nowadays want to know who recommended you and a series of interrogatories that make you feel like you are some kind of sneak who's trying to pull a fast one. I'm gonna keep going to this place till I run out of teeth. The doctor was abrupt, made decisions without asking, did not explain procedures, and was generally arrogant I would not recommend him to anyone

I had a problem with an implant. He fixed the problem, or so he said. When I went back to have a different implant finished he started digging in The area of the previous implant. He cut my gums up really bad looking for it. He finally went to a exray on file and said it was gone. I askedgone where? He said he removed the implant on the last visit. That area of my mouth still hurts a year later. I let him finish off the remaining implant that I had already paid for. implant was a mess
