This is my sister’s neurologist. Correction: was my sister’s neurologist. She’s getting a new one. Dr. Simon is a fine physician. His Administrative help, however, is horrendous. Seriously incompetent even by Miami medical administration standards. Also, a patient’s appointment is really not an appointment. It’s just a time guideline, as they overbook severely and about 20 patients show up at the same time. Their waiting room is severely overcrowded. Not much regard for COVID-19 precautions. If you or a loved one need a neurologist, strongly recommend you stay away. Not good for your sanity. The good doctor should care how his patients are treated.

I’ve been treated by Dr. Simmon twice. His professionalism, bedside manners, his detail oriented personality and the care and attention for my medical needs overcompensated for the time I spent waiting. One must understand that when visiting a specialist it’s not the same as a general doctor. There are more details and history to be covered each time in order to discover the root of our problem. We all want and need to be heard, as we should. Hence, why we must understand why the long wait for our turn to be seen, as when it is our turn we are also given the same, time, care and attention. This is exactly what Dr. Simon does. He gives us his ALL! Great staff as well!!

If you are looking for a profesional, experienced and knowledgeable doctor with great bedside manners, I absolutely recommend Dr. Simon. His office is always full but he is worth the wait. I cannot recommend him enough.

They overbooked the appointment and they set up an appointment for me and then they told me is for arrival time Why they make appointment? The office employees are very unorganized they forget to let you know all you need to know such payments , insurance, referral, etc There is not after hours receptionist And the doctor doesn't return your call because he told me he has so many patients . Why he has too many patients that he can take care one?. " The monkey dance with the money ", a proverbs days.

My insurance assigned for Dr. Simon to perform some tests required to better diagnose my condition and I highly recommend Dr. Simon. He took the time to go over my medical records, answered all of our questions and thoroughly explained my condition. He was very pleasant and understanding. He was extremely caring when conducting the tests, explained the results and the treatment. If you are looking for a pleasant, caring, knowledgeable physician I recommend you go see Dr. Simon.

Good doctor, very attentive, he has many patients, very seek patients, some of them are following from other towns. In my case, he recommends to me, some venous infusions, and now I am able to walk again. I believe in him. The bad new is the waiting time, but is a winning situation, this Doctor is very serious and knowledgeable.

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CANCEL AN APPT. NEW PATIENT AND I HAVE CALLED 3 DAYS IN A ROW AND THEY PLACE YOU ON HOLD EVERY CAL LAND DO NOT COME BACK TO THE PHONE. i WAS TOLD I MUST COME IN 2 HOURS BEFORE MY APPT. SO MAYBE I CAN LEAVE EARLY. MY APPT. IS FOR 9 AM WHEN THEY OPEN. BUT WAS TOLD TO COME IN AT 7AM TO TRY TO LEAVE EARLY. I DO NOT WANT TO GO TO A DOCTOR AND WAIT 2 HORUS BEFORE THEY EVEN OPEN. VERY BAD LOCATION. THEN i CALL THE NUMBER FOR NEW PATIENT AND WAS TOLD " THEN YOU WILL HAVE TO GO IN PERSON IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL THE APPT." THAT IS UNCALLED FOR.

The 2 drs is a profesional and the staff is very professional my husband love then help hen a lot

Cervical myelopathy with severe spinal cord compression, Dr Simon recommend me neurosurgical intervention, he was so amazing, I went for surgery the next day!!! I am so grateful to this Doctors!!! My surgery was very suscecfull!!! I spend three years of my life visiting hospitals and clinics and none Doctor, explained to me the risk for wheelchair bound, and paraplegic condition, in the case of of no spinal surgery!!! Dr Simon will my angel for ever!!!!

As a patient, I enter to the appointment with my right leg weak and my right hand also a little weak. I was admitted prior in Baptist and I have in paper an scan of my spine, where was a severe cervical herniation disk, bulging disk in lumbar and thoracic part. He and her co doctor didn't read the scan, so he said the diagnosis: Multiple Sclerosis, only with my symptoms. Prompt appointment, but I totally not recommend him or her as neurologist.

Exceptional attention, the clinical staff was very attentive, and professional, Dr Daisy Borroto is amazing, for years I have suffered with headaches, after visiting her, not any more, she is very sweet, I am so grateful to her.

I have epilwpsy and I'm very sensitive to new medications and have a a lot of reactions. Dr is very patient and cares about the patient to come up with the best solution. the staff is impressive, They answer the phone and don't let you waiting, they are fast communicating with the pharmacy in whatever you need. and very friendly and that's what everyone needs when you are feeling bad.

I had been about two year with persistent left shoulder pain from scapular area, and difficult rising arm above head, every test were normal, until I was referred with Dr Simon Canellas. He diagnosed me with suprascapular entrapment neuropathy at the sphinglenoid notch, did surgery, and I had been painless. Really recommend him and his neurology clinic.

My mom needed to see a Neuro due to loss of memory and balance. The next appt was a few weeks away. But the receptionist was so sweet, I wish I had her name, she could tell I was concerned and told me to bring her to try to get her seen.We saw Dr Simon yesterday, he was great. He took his time, didn’t look rushed, and explain in detailed all his findings in a way we understood. Dr. Simon is a knowledgeable neurologist with great bedside manners, a rare combination these days.

I had never received such ill-treatment by any assistant of any doctor's office; As I was treated for Mrs. Liliana who answered the call the first time I called to get an appointment with Dr. Pablo Simón. For this reason I decided not to attend to this office if such a bad deal with a patient without even getting to see the doctor. Both Drs Borroto and Simon Canellas are very compassionate and caring. They are very knowledgeable in their fields. I trust them completely. They have not let their excellent skills as physicians cause arrogance in their treatment of their patients. They listen attentively to your symptoms, and make you feel very comfortable. The moment you walk into their offices, you feel the warmth and friendliness. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. I have never had a complaint about anything.

Mom died from ALS, Dr Simon Canellas was the only Dr in town to Diagnose my mother, we visited multiples Neurology office for about 1 year, always stroke was my mother diagnosis from them, until finally, we meet Dr Simon for second neurology opinion, he diagnosed my mother in just very impressive short period of time, always will be thankful to him, totally recommend Dr Simon Canellas....

Never got to meet with Dr. The staff was extremely rude...they demanded to pay the deductible in CASH...They did not even advice me of that when I booked my appointment. A total waste of my time. Horrible Experience....Be Careful....
