I made an appointment with them MONTHS ago. I get a letter saying they have unilaterally rescheduled me for two days before the initial appointment. It was annoying and didn’t bode well for the way they treat patients more like peasants required to drop all else for the sovereign. The final straw was a VERY nasty women who didn’t even ask if I had a moment to deal with referrals (I didn’t). She informed me that the appointment was on the 7th it was originally the 9th then they rescheduled to the 6th. At least the first reschedule I was informed about. Clearly this guy is bad physician. At my age no one wanted to remove my tonsils. When dr Ruiz examined me he noticed many stones which were responsible for so many strep throat infections through out the years. He decided to remove them from on 2013, the best decision I've made referent to my health. I haven't gotten sick again, i dont have to be in constant antibiotics. Excellent care, excellent procedure i highly recommend him for any procedure referent to ENT. At my age no one wanted to remove my tonsils. I was trying to make an appointment in that office and the lady said they would only take virtual appointments. I have a massive throat infection and need antibiotics. She said if I insist to come in she could give me an appointment in a month. This is a joke.

Dr.Ruiz saved my husband’s life. His apnea was so bad he was narcoleptic. He was suffocating every time he slept. He was never awake or asleep. It was hell. Dr.Ruiz performed a procedure that is very difficult and did an amazing job. We highly recommend him for sleep apnea surgery.

I highly recommend Dr. Ruiz. He is very outgoing and friendly, he takes the time to answer all of your questions. He is a very caring physician.

All I can say is I had sinus surgery on March 20,2017 by Dr. Ruiz he has changed my life for the better.I can breath once again in I wld recommended him very highly jus a nice and brilliant doctor thank u so very much

Very nice but no follow through or proper script could be obtained from imaging center for biopsy. No effort or help from staff was received and the notes stated they did not have my records and could not provide codes or further instructions. (I presented all copies for first consultation). Multiple calls to no avail. Records about Dr online had various discrepancies. Will not return or trust treatment. Waste of time. It's been over three weeks and still nothing. Found new Dr for surgery.

Amazing!! All I have to say is Thank You Dr Ruiz! You gave me my life back. I was so miserable before I went to see Dr Ruiz. I suffered with sinus infections for almost 10 years, going to many different doctors and Boone was able to help me. Dr Ruiz did my surgery and now I'm back to normal, I can breath, I can sleep, no more pain...I feel absolutely Amazing! Again Thank you for everything Dr Ruiz you and your staff are the Best!

Horrible....Just Horrible! After surgery I was neglected. I would try calling his office and couldn't reach anyone. Due to his neglect, my sinuses got infected badly and my sinusitis/ polyps/asthma got worst . Avoid him at all cost!

Absolutely awful. I've been completely neglected post-surgery. Had a septoplasty yesterday morning, lot stitched yesterday afternoon and have been calling since. Dr. Ruiz told me he'd be on call this weekend and to contact him with any questions. I called once yesterday (Friday) during business hours and 7 times today. No call back. The worst service/support I've ever received anywhere. Totally unacceptable. Avoid this doctor and his staff.
