When his staff couldn't verify my insurance, they made me pay $480 cash for an office visit. Then when they found my insurance, 7 months later, they re-billed me $580. Then, for my 2nd scheduled surgery, I was told upon ARRIVAL that a different doctor would be doing it, & for a follow-up procedure I was told again, upon arrival, that they wanted to reschedule. Then, his office turned me over to COLLECTIONS for inadvertently underpaying by $0.33 cents! Don't go here if you care about your credit!

I highly recommend Dr. Jose Perez. He shared my MRI results & referred me to the best specialized surgeon I needed, wrote my insurance company, and had Lori (his insurance biller do incredible follow-up which resulted in getting authorization I needed. I had to wait over an hour (there were emergency surgeries that backed up all appointments), but Dr. Perez was well worth the wait! He took his time with me, apologizing for the wait, and explain my issue with incredible "bedside manner".

Concerned, warm, confidence building, great humor, and a true professional. I am 72 and haven't been in a hospital since I was six! He made not only myself, but my wife feel at ease and confident. This is a dedicated doctor who considers patients part of his family. When he told my wife that his father was also a doctor, she said,he must be very proud of you. We are also.
