Dr. Padilla is an extremely talented surgeon. I had a previous Oxford partial knee replacement about 10 years ago at another clinic and it was very painful for the last 3 years. I had seen and talked to some of his patients who did remarkable so I consulted him about my knee and he agreed it needed replacing. Usually a 2nd replacement is less likely to have the best results so I was hesitant and waited until I was close to retirement before proceeding. The surgery went well and my recovery was much faster than I expected. At 4 months I could hike a couple miles in wooded terrain without much swelling or pain. I am an avid hiker and hunter so this was very important to me. I had the surgery late Dec 2019 and now in June 2020 I am extremely pleased with the results. It is a much better knee than after the 1st replacement, thanks to Dr. Padilla. Dr. Padilla is an extremely talented surgeon.
