Dr.costas is a wonderful dentist unfortunately the office is not very truthful with people. I was told to come in for a consultation and I told them I was self-pay. They called me numerous times to set up an appointment but I was leery to do so but eventually gave in . The initial call to the office was to find out about a consultation on the tooth that had a root canal done by another dentist , I was told the consultation would be about $125-$150. To my surprise when I was finished with my consultation About 20 minutes and no dental work was done. strictly a consultation with two x-rays. They change me $215.00 to be told that the tooth needs to be pulled. To me that’s a big jump from 125.00 They charged me more for the consultation then it would have cost if I just went and had the tooth pulled. When Emily called to move my Root Canal appointment to an earlier time I couldn't have been more pleased. After countless technical hurdles during my day job I needed something to go well. And to think that I was looking forward to a root canal! Dr. Costas and his team put the patient first in all that they do; they truly understand customer care and customer service. Emily wanted to get me scheduled early so that I would not have to wait over the weekend and possibly be in discomfort, and I was over the moon. I highly recommend this team of professionals. Seriously, this is the best place to go for your root canals! Dr Costas certainly knows what he is talking about, and will spend the time with you to talk through everything in detail. No faults at all with my experience. Emily, the practice manager was also amazing in recommending, and even making appointments for me with other specialists. I travelled an hour, twice, to go here, and it was CERTAINLY worth the travel. Do not put your teeth in any other hands! Seriously, this is the best place to go for your root canals! There are not enough wonderful things to say about Dr. Costa and his staff. Ms. Diana is warm and welcoming when you first enter the office and you will immediatly feel like family. While no one really wants to have a root canal done, if you need one. This is the place to have one. 5 Stars is not enough.

I had a Root Canal by Dr. Costas on Nov 18,2019, he was excellent. I did have some fears when I arrived, Dr Costas and his staff made me very comfortable quickly I had no pain during the procedure and was extremely relax. I highly recommend Dr Costas if you are schedule for a root canal. Thank you Dr Costas.

A very professional & caring office. Dr Costas spent time explaining to me my dental situation. I trust him. Emily was so helpful to me. She went out of her way to help me with scheduling & other issues. Daisy also had great suggestions. The office atmosphere is calm & soothing. Great Dr & staff. Highly recommend them!!

Dr Costas is remarkable and skilled at root canals and is also personable and kind! No pain at all after Dr Costas numbed my mouth. Healing was just as he described and I had no pain. His staff is excellent and Emily especially went above and beyond in handling my billing. Office is quiet, soothing and professional. Highly recommended!! I would give 10 stars if I could!

I strongly recommend Dr. Costas. It was my first time and I was very impressed. Dr. Costas and the staff where very personable and professional.

OMG! If I could rate Dr. Costas and Amanda and Cathy and his office coordinator, Emily, 10 stars, I would! So caring and painless, and he even sang with my son while performing a root canal on him. A perfect gentleman who even rolled my son out to the car in a wheelchair with Amanda. Emily worked very hard with my son's insurance company. 100 stars for this amazingly caring practice!

Dr Costas and his staff made what could have been a stressful experience a really good one. From the time I called, I felt like I was in competent hands and that I would be taken care of. The entire staff made me feel at ease and Dr Costas is very gentle making sure the procedure is as painless as possible. He answered my questions and told me what to expect. If I could give 10 stars I would. The staff is beyond polite, caring and knowledgeable. Dr Costas is so friendly, gentle, informative and entertaining. Professional and polished describes Dr. Costas and his team. From the moment that you enter the office, you are put at ease and given excellent treatment. I am not a big fan of having to visit dentists and doctors but if and when I do need treatment again in the future, I will not hesitate to make my appointment with Dr. Costas.

I can't say enough about Dr Costas and his team. He is extremely thorough and knowledgeable....he takes his time evaluating you while both examining the tooth in question and mouth as a whole. He does great work and cares. Emily Torres, the Practice Administrator, goes above and beyond creating exceptional customer service and a friendly, team oriented atmosphere. I highly recommend this office to serve your medical needs.

The Dr. Jose Costa and his office staff were very courteous. The doctor and his staff explained in detail the procedure that was going to be performed and made felt me at ease. Very professional practice with a nice human touch!

Dr. Costas is friendly, professional and thorough. And funny!! While performing my root canal, he explained every step of the way and made me feel informed, and as comfortable as possible. His assistant explained the procedure beforehand in detail and was able to answer all of my questions. The office staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel as if they were there to help me in any way possible. I highly reccommend "Limited to Endodontics" !

I am a white knuckle dental patient. From the time you walk into the office until you leave you are treated the very best. Everyone was friendly and attentive. The lighting to the music was especially soothing. Thank you.

Dr Costa & his staff are the best. After 9 years of avoiding dentists, I needed a complicated root canal & was referred to Dr Costa. The entire process was handled professionally & with great concern for the patient. I chose twilight sedation, but before we started, staff consulted me about my choice of music, scented candles, blankets & pillows; I could not have been more comfortable. That was the best dental experience of my life! I felt like I was at the spa! The assistants were so kind and took me to the chair and put pillows at my sides, fleece blankets on me, dark sunglasses, lavender aromatherapy, soothing music and dimmed lighting. I was in heaven! I felt like the procedure was only 30 minutes but was almost 2 hours long. I appreciated Dr. Costas always saying, "Patient first" during the procedure. Also amazed Dr. Costas wheeled me downstairs in the rain to my ride.

I went to Dr. Costas for a root canal. He was thorough in educating me on what I would experience in the procedure, and he was, at every step, genuinely concerned about how I was doing. So, too, on the day of the procedure I lost my babysitter, so I had to take my little girl with me. Dr. Costas and his staff were very kind. Dr. Costas gave her several toys. His staff kept an eye on her as she waited, and they even escorted her to the restroom which was outside the office and around the corner.

From the moment you call in to make an appointment to the moment you wake up the day after your root canal, it's a pleasure dealing with the Dr. Costas and his staff. Emily was a joy in helping me with scheduling and dealing with the insurance company. Dr. Costas is super pleasant, his entire demeanor helped me stay calm during the procedure. I'm normally terrified of the dentist but I can honestly say that it was a breeze, thanks to the Dr. and his staff.

Dr. Costas and his staff were absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked into the office with my anxiety and pain and went above and beyond to try and relieve my stress and anxiety. They explained everything step by step slow and carefully. During the procedure they have good conversation that keeps your mind off of the root canal and entertained by the conversation. I would NEVER again go to a regular dentist for a root canal. I will ALWAYS go to Dr. Costas office. I HIGHLY recommend him. A++

Dr. Jose Costas is a veritable maestro as he performs his procedures, meticulously using his instruments, assisted by Valerie, talented in her own right. Dr. Costas has total regard for the comfort and care of the patient, explaining what he is doing, then, politely carrying on. Rarely have I met a doctor with such intelligence, skill, and compassion. Dr Costa & his staff made getting a root canal a such a pleasant experience. After 9 yrs of my neglect, I went to Dr Costa because he catered to people w fear of dentists. The procedure was done with oral sedation; prior to starting, the staff consulted me about my choice of music, scented candles, pillows & blankets. I was completely comfortable for the entire process & was done in no time. The follow up was also great. Dr C is such a caring gentle person, I highly recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Costas and his staff were very professional and accommodating. Emily was very helpful in scheduling the appointments and she called to let us know that the Dr. was running behind a few minutes so for us to arrive a little later than planned. This was appreciated, since it kept us from having to sit and wait the extra time. Dr. Costas was very nice and explained things to be done post procedure. I would recommend Dr. Costas to family and friends.

I have been a patient of Dr. Costas' for years and have been to the office many times. I have always been welcomed by Emily with kindness and first class accommodation. The wait is always brief and the staff goes out of their way to make me feel at home.

Emily the manager horrible. Staff looks tense and unhappy.
