I was highly recommended by a parent however the review is only for the phone service, they do not answer the phone or even have voicemail, i have been trying to call the office for 5 days, i am going to have to go in person, but this is scary. i wonder if the medical board say about doctors that cant be reach via phone?

We came here after a bad experience at another endocrinologist and I am SO HAPPY we made the drive to come here. The office staff is so friendly & helpful, we loved Angie the nurse and Dr Serrat is one of the best Drs I’ve even been to. He took his time to check my son and explain everything. Highly recommend this Dr office!!

Dr. Serrat is extremely knowledgeable, honest and personable. I appreciate the thoroughness and professionalism in every exam which seems to be very rare in this day and age. From staff to doctor I highly recommend them!

The staff is always accommodating and easy to work with since we are traveling long distances.

As a 15 yr old standing 4'10 125lbs I was basically trapped in an 8yr old's body. long story short, he got me on the right meds and did everything he could to max out my window for growth. During visits he always knew the right time to joke around and make me feel comfortable but informed as well. At this point I wish he took adults too because the adult endocrinologist in the south Florida area, to put it simply, Suck. My son has been seeing Dr. Serrat for almost 2 years now and I definitely prefer him over his last doctor. Here he is very informative and extremely helpful in making sure my son grows. He doesnt request unnecessary repetitive testings and wait time is reasonable.

A complaining patient was seen before my daughter when she threaten to leave. When I complained to the front desk, that my daughter was scheduled prior to this patient, I was advised that this patient would be seen first since she was coming in for medication. I was an Office Manager for a Primary Care Office in Pembroke Pines, and I would have never disrespected a patient's time this way. Dr. Serrat is wonderful. My daughter is under his care and I love that he takes his time with us and explains everything. But the staff is an entirely different story. We've experienced the staff forwarding lab request sent to the wrong lab for blood work, move then once. On the 3rd visit I was finally informed there is a $15 co-pay (ok no problem), but I asked if there was a change with my insurance. I was inform "No". So I asked why am I being asked now on the 3rd visit for payment? After viewing the account, then I was informed "Yes, you have a outstanding balance of $30". I had to take a minute to think about this conversation. Why was I only being asked for $15 if I owe $45? Then the latest mess up, called in to confirm a scheduled appointment and informed the appointment was scheduled for 4 days earlier, the 20th. I know for certain what day I scheduled the appointment on the 24th, because I always schedule my daughter on days she's out of school. The Best in South Florida. My son''s Pediatrician a personal friend took her child to Serrat MD & recommended my son as the top Doctor. He & his staff are most efficient courteous friendly & always work well with patients, family & insurance. The best is the results as my child lacked growth & stopped growing in 4th grade. Now he's grown over 6 inches in a year. We love Dr. Serrat and the experience is positive each time. A real Blessing.

A truly OUTSTANDING and BRILLANT physician who has been able to help our daughter when no one else could. Our daughter has been dealing with multiple medical conditions as well as Hashimoto's Hypothyroid. (patient) We have been to a few related Doctors over the last (2) years and it was definitely a different experience....great staff, seen in less than usual Months (endocrinology), staff was helpful in all including the visit. Highly recommend this physician and office.

Waited over an hour each time we visited just to move from the waiting room to a patient room, after having appointments set first thing in the morning. Office Manager was very rude and unhelpful. I would look elsewhere unless you want to be treated like poorly cared for cattle.
