saw Dr. Owens a couple times and he was super courteous, professional, and knowledgable. his staff are superb as well.

Dr. Owens did not give proper treatment to my mother who ended up losing her life. If you are suffering from cancer that requires complex treatment from an ENT and you are able to leave the Las Cruces area, I suggest seeking out a medical team that has the resources to provide you with a thorough exam and analysis of the condition and provide proper and quality treatment. Dr. Owens is limited with resources and will not refer you out. He was willing to quickly remove tumors (did so twice) from my mothers face without thorough examination. By the time I brought her to Denver for an evaluation (by a team of 5 doctors), her cancer had metastasized around the bottom of her skull like scrambled eggs. Dr Owen performed a biopsy in the office. From the time I got the results, to having Dr Owens surgically remove it, was just 3 days. Surgery went well, no swelling or bruising. He had a pathologist on standby to make sure he got clean margins. Dr Owns was courteous and kind in all of his dealings with my family. My husband sees him for his ears. Everyone there was very nice, they treated us with such kindness. The doctor is a wonderful person help us understand our situation. I would give them 10 stars. I would like to thank them from the bottom of my heart for helping my husband .

Dr. Owens performed surgery on my 5 year old daughter and 2 year old son. Him and his staff were kind and caring with my young children. They addressed every concern i had. This is by far the best experience we have ever had with any Dr.

I've been treated at the famous Cedar Sinai Hospital, in L.A. I've also had emergency surgery at the acclaimed, Northwestern Hospital in Chicago. I can honestly say, that Dr. Owens, is a, "World Class Dr."; right here in Las Cruces! From his expertise, to his "bed-side manner"; Dr. Owens is my favorite Dr. of all time! I've had 2 major surgeries with him. Btw, his staff is SO positive, effective and patient! They LOVE their job and it shows! I always leave that office in a great mood!

Dr Owens not only is a skilled ENT, his ‘bedside’ manner is outstanding. I have enthusiastically recommended him to others, who have thanked me for doing so.

I can give 5 stars to Jonathan Owens, m.d. if you need a cancerous tumor removed from your tongue and some lymph nodes too. Pretty high bar. Not to mention his office staff and his surgery team. They rock. They got me home so fast my head's spinning. My dogs were 63 miles away. I couldn't stand it. Thank you Las Cruces.

Dr. Owens removed my diseased thyroid. I have had a couple of elective, cosmetic surgeries, in the past...in L.A. and Chicago. This was the 1st surgery that my LIFE may have depended on. At 1rst, I was very sceptical, (coming from "the big city"). Well, Dr. Owens could compete with ANY "big-city" physician! I had a very rare complication after my thyroid surgery. Dr. Owens was called AT HIS home at 3:30AM. By 4AM, he was by my side, rushing me into a 2nd, emergency- surgery. He saved my life! Also, Dr. Owens' incision, is cleaner and neater than either of my "big-city plastic surgeons", work! More importantly, Dr. Owens' "bedside-manor", is like a "small-town Dr." He makes you feel like you are his ONLY patient. Great first visit and outcome. Very competent physician. Wish we had many more like him in Las Cruces !!

I believe the office is pretty new and still not well organized. Dr. Owens put me on prednisone. After going off the prednisone, I went into horrible withdrawal symptoms, am still going through that. Come to find out that he should have tapered me off the prednisone slowly, but he didn't. He also told me that i needed to go to speech therapy which was weird. Was told I would get a call 2 days later, but I didn' t get a call till almost 2 weeks later from the speech therapist.

Dr. Owens took care of my 91 year old dad. Dad had a parotid tumor and Dr. Owens carefully tended to it until surgery could be booked. He and his staff were always so kind and sweet to us all. I am sorry he is no longer in our area.

He ruined my life. I wish I went and got other doctors opinion before I allowed him to do sinus surgery on me four times in one year. He punctured my skull and my brain fell through. Right after my last surgery with him, he moved to California. I am now disabled for life! Please get a second opinion!
