Doctor Lesserson is a miracle worker for me. I suffered with clogged sinuses for years. Three weeks after surgery - I can breathe!!! I am extremely thankful for his knowledge and surgical expertise. He puts you at ease and explains every step and takes time so you understand. There is no rush to surgery before other options are exhausted. Edward D

Dr. Lesserson was friendly and professional. He asked questions about my issue, and explained everything clearly. He took the time to discuss my issue without rushing. I never felt like I was on an assembly line of patients with him or the staff.

DR. Lesserson listens exceptionally well, educates thoroughly, comparing scans between visits with detailed explanations. He is sensitive to side effects of possible actions, specifically surgeries for older patients. Very professional, appears up on latest literature and shows competence in delicate ear wax cleaning and in sensitivity to patient responses. Recommendation by my family doctor is well deserved as are the five stars I give him.

Recommendation by family doctor justified. Dr. Lesserson listens well, guides with explanations. Professional, appears up to date on literature on vocal cord issues. Gentle hands on cleaning ear wax. The Loooong wait in the waiting area is well worth it- he is generous with his time, never hurried. I recommend Dr. Lesserson to anyone with ENT concerns.

Dr. Lesserson was very involved in listening to a set of ongoing frustrating symptoms! He did not lead me to his conclusions without fully taking my concerns into account! I am very pleased with him and will be returning!

Very professional, considerate of my time, accurate in their diagnoses

After doing a google search for another ENT, I chose Dr. Lesserson based on previous patient’s’ reviews; and I have to say he and his assistant lived up to everyone. During my visit, Dr. Lesserson was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He asked the questions—but more importantly, listened to my responses. He was my 2nd opinion doctor; and had I known of him first—I wouldn’t need another opinion.His Medical Assistant (I apologize that I am drawing a blank of her name at the moment), who was also extremely kind—assured me Dr. Lesserson would make me comfortable because that’s how he would want to be treated; and he did just that. He explained what he was about to do and, made sure I was comfortable. The procedure he performed was on the monitor for me the view; and once he completed the test—Dr. Lesserson MADE SURE I understood what he had just done and his diagnosis. I could go on forever about my positive experience. I thank Dr. Lesserson and his staff for their kindness.

The the paperwork I filled out online was not there. I had to wait outside until the call center opened to be let in (you can't call the office directly) and I had to complete the documentation again, inside. Ok, things happen and the staff did try to help. I couldn't be vaccinated so I try to be careful. Included in their documentation is a waiver stating that if you get covid there, they are not responsible. There were people with no masks and wearing them under their chins/noses. The staff did their best to mitigate. I met with Dr. Lesserson, and let him know I didn't want to remove my mask if he was going to have to send me for a test to diagnosis my issue anyway. Instead of providing reasons it would help, or rule something out (so I would have removed it), he seemed to become angry, said there was no covid in there, it wasn't on the walls and we didn't have to wash food anymore (Um, I didn't ask about any of that, or even tell him what I saw, I was just trying to limit my exposure). Then he said he had other patients, finished the exam and sent me for a test. After testing was complete (several weeks later), seems he was still angry. After several requests, he would not provide follow up care (what to do next), or review test results with me unless I came in for a 'full exam'. Excellent by every sense of the word hardly no wait time

This is a Doctor's Doctor. He draw from a wealth of experience and academia. You can feel immediate that you came to the correct Specialist for your problems, issues and an accurate diagnosis. He explained my diagnosis, the approach to be used and the very, very likely prognosis.

My first time with him and o have a long standing complicated ear condition that he knew exactly what to do and with such a gentle touch. He is by far the best doctor I have seen since my surgeon retired years ago. I am so fortunate to have found him

Diagnosed my years long problem in one visit!

Dr. Lesserson actively listened all my concerns and explain everything in a clear way.

Dr. Lesserson is not just an e.n.t. doctor. He knows a little about everything. He basically saved my moms life last year by saying she needs to see a cardiologist. She needed immediate open heart surgery. And he basically told me what my issue is within 15 minutes of listening to me. I had been suffering for several months from what I thought was a recurring inner ear infection. Nothing I took or did seemed to make it better. I was losing hope that I would ever feel better. I took my daughter to see Dr. Lesserson due to repeated strep throat infections and enlarged tonsils. He performed tonsillectomy. Me and my daughter had a wonderful experience with him. He is very knowledgeable, made us feel at ease, he takes his time to answer all questions and helped us prepare for the surgery and recovery. There was a long delay in the appointment time because there was a post surgical emergency. Waiting is never pleasant, but, someone apprised everyone of the situation. Although I am very time focused, I would want help ahead of others if I needed it.

Dr Lesserson was reassuring and informative. He explained possible diagnosis’s and when the actual diagnosis was discovered he explained in detail yet easy to understand terms what was to be done. I have been a patient of Doctor Lesserson for several years. He is extremely competent and knowledgeable and he cares about his patients. Before undergoing sinus surgery last year, Dr. Lesserson carefully explained the procedure, risks and benefits, even drawing me a picture! The surgery radically improved my quality of life by restoring my sinuses to a healthy state. Since the surgery, I have had no sinus infections. Excellent doctor. Caring, understanding and interested in the patients story and understanding of what's going on Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

On my visit to Dr. Lesseson I had the rare opportunity to meet the real professional. He not only immediately diagnosed the source(s) of my problems, and prescribed the treatment accordingly, but was attentive, understanding, compassionate. My experience with Dr. Lesserson was absolutely outstanding. He carefully listened to my symptoms, performed his examination and after a short discussion sinus surgery was my selected treatment option, although Dr. Lesserson outlined other options as well. The outcome has been nothing less than miraculous! It is amazing to breath as God intended me to. I get sinus infections less and can enjoy flying in a plane without suffering for 2 days from congestion. ENT issue? See Dr, L !!!

What a wonderful experience. Dr. Jonathan Lesserson is a true professional. Listened to my complaints, explained everything perfectly. Examined me thoroughly. Did not rush me out. My problem was practically cured in 24 hours. Office is clean and beautiful. State of the art! Staff was kind and helpful. Very organized. I highly recommend Dr. Lesserson for all your ENT needs.

I had to change doctors because of insurance so I wasn't sure what to expect. I felt that it was very productive because the doctor was extremely thorough, taking into account all of my issues and family history that could relate to how to proceed. I was pleasantly surprised that the routine procedural scope that I've had in the past was done slightly different. Much more comfortable for me, and seemed more in depth. He also gave me a script for treatment making it more cost efficient!

Dr. Lesserson was extremely thorough, thoughtful and considerate. I had been suffering with nasal congestion and sneezing for 3 months. Within 24 hours of seeing him, I am feeling 100% better. I was able to get an appointment the same day with the click of a mouse. I was able to see all available appointments on the website and reserve a time that was good for me. I would recommend to all.

Excellent doctor but the office always overbooks and an hour wait is the norm. I booked a week in advance, these are not same day appointments I asked the staff the reason they take home and office phone numbers if they would never call to say the doctor is running an hour late. They just shrugged it off. The clerical staff would rather keep checking their cell phones than warn patients to come in later due to a backlog. I've waited an hour at ENT Assoc for the last time. I will not be back.
