All staff have been extremely kind and helpful throughout the entire fertility and pregnancy process. They answered all of my questions and I felt very comfortable with everyone at this clinic.

Dr Kim is so great! I had a hysteroscopy literally two days ago to remove a fibroid on my uterus …..I am in no pain whatsoever. Dr Kim is very encouraging and has me very hopeful for the future through this fertility journey…although I’m in the early stages of this I am just so impressed at Dr Kim’s bedside manner, and how patient he is. Everything about the Sugar Land is amazing. The procedure was super easy this go round and we got our blessing, all thanks to Dr. Kim and his amazing team. I guess the third time really was a charm but they made this dream come true a reality for us.

Dr Kim has been so clear and calm throughout the process and took time to answer our questions and calm our fears. Staff has also exhibited these qualities. Very thankful for their patience with many questions! We are thankful for a supportive experience and successful outcome!

This office and its staff are so attentive. They made me feel like I was their only patient every time. Everyone was so accommodating, professional, and caring from the first time we called to make an appointment. Everyone truly goes out of their way to help you in any way possible. Dr. Kim has great bedside manners and overall was on of the best doctors I have ever had to experience. I would recommend him to any one I know. The ladies in the office are also awesome.

Dr. Kim and his staff are very professional and caring. Also, the wait time is at max 10 minutes you go on an out. He helped get pregnant at the first time with IUI. Let me tell when tells you to wait for a next cycle do it because he knows why. I will be forever thankful to him.

Dr. Kim and the Katy HFI staff has been absolutely amazing! Through 4 IUIs, 2 IVF transfers they have been such a comfort blanket for us. Even when we sadly miscarried Dr. Kim was so comforting and really made us feel like he understood our pain and wanted success for us as much as we did. I recommend all my friends and family to HFI Katy. We will be back for our next transfer!

Great experience with Dr Kim - friendly, informative, quick to respond to questions. Nursing staff were good but there were some instances where information was communicated poorly or incorrect.

Dr Kim was very caring and attentive. We really enjoyed working with him. Nurse Joy was also really nice and we liked seeing her.

Everyone was so supportive and encouraging which made the process less stressful! The staff genuinely cares and makes even the toughest times bare able. I had great results and recommend Dr. Kim. The nurses are great and are very responsive when you have questions or concerns.

Amazing, the dedication and knowledge is top tier. From the first day, we felt that we were in good hands and although we had a bad outcome the first time, he never let us lose hope and that to us meant more than a scientific answer. I continued to visit Dr.Kim for my second pregnancy. The doctor is very helpful and hear outs the concerns, goes beyond normal to assist the patients. The staff is very responsible, helpful and proactive in assisting patients. I would give a five star and recommend the place for everyone.

The staff at HFI is competent, kind and caring, and makes the best of a difficult process. Dr. Kim gives us the information we need at each appointment and answers every question without us feeling rushed out of the office. This is our second IVF cycle with HFI in 7 years, and we are so grateful to them for helping us build our family!

The ivf process was very intense, but the staffs and doctor kim are extremely knowledgeable and experienced so it made my few months procedure with them very easy. I highly recommend whoever wants to do ivf to give this facility a try.

I think any fertility treatment is stressful and difficult. But I believe our experience was as good as it could possibly be! We felt heard and cared for he entire time and it was such a relief to work with my PCOS instead of against it.

Dr. Kim was the best infertility doctor I could have asked for. He was so knowledgeable and kind to my husband and me as we embarked on our infertility journey. He spent a lot of time in the consultation answering our questions and providing his expert opinion for a treatment plan. The office visits were so pleasant with little to no wait time. The staff are all courteous and respectful. Patient portal was easy to use so that I could check my labs and get directions from the doctor. We really enjoyed the frequent check ups after I became pregnant to provide us comfort that things were progressing as expected. Our deepest and heartfelt thanks to Dr. Kim and the entire HFI team for the most amazing infertility care. I will be recommending HFI to all my friends and patients in the future!

This whole process has been very emotional and hard, however Dr Kim and the HFI nurses have been so kind, helpful and caring through it all. I had IVF with 2 frozen embryo transfers. Thankfully the second transfer worked! I cannot recommend HFI enough!

Dr. Kim and all of the Sugarland staff were so nice and caring to my husband and I. After two failed transfers, we finally had success with our 3rd transfer and are 12 weeks pregnant. Dr. Kim has always been so patient with us throughout these years, we will forever be grateful for him.

Dr. Kim is an EXCELLENT doctor!!! And just as important, he is an AMAZING human being!!! Very caring, very patient and extremely knowledgeable! I never thought that I would meet a doctor again as caring as my OB/GYN in Georgia, Dr. Okeye,that I was a patient of for 12 years while living in Georgia. But, I did find that same like, kind and quality of a doctor in Dr. Kim! Dr. Kim deserves much recognition and many, many, many accolades. Definitely, he is GOD sent! Amazing!

We always received honest and open advise from the doctor. Everything was properly planned and had defined roadmap. Result was something we always wanted and received enough support and guidance from both the doctor and stuffs at Katy and Piney Pt. location.

After having a previous miscarriage, the staff made me feel very comfortable and they listened patiently to my concerns and anxiety. Dr. Kim is very professional and knowledgeable and I just cannot say how much I have enjoyed the nursing staff. Anytime I needed anything, the responses were very quick! I also enjoyed the short wait time for appointments.

Everyones are so help full.

Dr. Kim was very reassuring, especially after a bad experience at a different fertility clinic. The nurses were always helpful, and reassured me when I had weird spotting during my early pregnancy. I like the convenience of being able to login to the website and get all the information about my testing. I will highly recommended HFI in the future.
