After 35 years in Hawaii my wife and I relocated to the Kansas City area. Had to start somewhere with new doctors. Picked Dr Jacobs and it was the best decision that I have made in years. Couldn't begin to say enough good things about him. A very smart man with a very professional staff.

Dr. Jacobs has been a God-send when it comes to accommodating my hectic schedule. As a patient with only a few routine medications, his concierge-type approach is currently a great fit for me. I love being able to text him or call the office and get right in if necessary. I, too am in the medical field; I appreciate his respect for my clinical knowledge-we collaborate, but at the end of the day, he's the expert I can trust!

Dr. Jacobs is professional, quick to respond and explains options very well. I feel like I have gained important information from my visits.

Best medical experience I've had to date. Hands down! Jonathan has a fantastic practice and a great business model. This is the way it should be across the board in all of medicine. He's an innovator. I found this guy on a google search. I sent him an email and he replied back in a couple hours. I went to his office to meet him and hear about his practice. He's like "here's the deal... it's a monthly rate or you pay annually. I don't have anything to sell, I just want to take care of you. I'm really good at caring for people and that's what I have to offer." Easiest sales pitch ever! I was like you're hired! The number of times I've ever heard a physician say I'm good at caring for people and I want to take care of you... ZERO! Until this guy. I hired him on the spot. He's not only a great provider of care, but he has the time to educate you, get to know you and it's reciprocal. You can actually get to know this guy. He'll tell you about himself. It's a very rare find when you get a medical person that can carry on a two way conversation and build a relationship like that. Give him a shot. You won't be disappointed. As a matter of fact, I have now hired him to take care of my mom in assisted living. He goes to see her and check up on her in her facility when needed. Best medical experience I've had to date. I met Dr. Jacobs at KCIM, because he was my dad's doctor. He is extremely caring and did his utmost to give my dad top-notch care. As I got to know him, I found out he was a great human being as well. I became his patient. The biggest challenge while he was there was that he was just scheduled too tightly to care for his patients the way he wanted to. He didn't need to say it -- it was obvious just by watching. So I was not surprised when he started his own practice. There is a charge to be his patient, but it's one of the best investments I've made. I've never had such outstanding care. My dad is still with him and his care is incredible. I also consider Dr. Jacobs a friend. Another reviewer said it well -- he's good at building relationships. Dr. Jacobs was recommended to me by a friend. I find him to be competent and down to earth. He is not pushy and doesn’t dismiss simple concerns. He does put forth effort to get to know his patients. He responds quickly to emails. My appointments have always been scheduled w/in 24 hours. I would highly recommend this physician.

He is the most caring physician I have seen in decades! I always feel that he has my best interests at heart. I have referred MANY people of all ages to him, and every single one has thanked me for the referral.

I have seen Dr. Jacobs for several years and he is not your typical primary care physician. He takes time with his patients and ensures that all questions and concerns are answered. The thing that impresses me the most about Dr. Jacobs is that he doesn't pretend to practice all specialties, if he needs to refer, he has no problem doing that, and he gathers all notes from all physicians he refers to, so that all my records are in one place. Highly recommend Dr. Jacobs for your healthcare needs.

I have a very high confidence level in Dr. Jacobs and have referred many friends and co workers. He is very up to date on what is going on and rarely have I had an issue seeing him if it is an urgent condition. Thanks Dr. "J"!

On Dec 14, 2014 breathing became optional. Dr Jacobs was my wife's doc...she called him and he saw me in an hour...put me in ICU and became my doctor. After 50 plus years of 2+ packs a day I am celebrating my one year smoke free day (on Dec 14, 2015)...thanks to Dr Jacobs. He has made sure prescriptions are refilled with Canada Drugs well ahead of due dates. He probably saved my life. Jon Frey
