Dr. John Melvin Vandenberghe

Although we love both Dr. Vanderberghes dearly, and both doctors have worked on so many members of my family for years, I am so upset by their office staff and how they treat people. My daughter had an appointment for a very painful root canal that had gone very bad. She had to come from a town an hour away, and she was literally 6 minutes late for her appointment. She walked in and the receptionist began yelling at her in front of people saying that she was late and now they've cancelled her appointment and had tried calling her, but she didn't answer. Well, her phone had died on the way down here. She has five children, which her husband had to leave work to go home and watch, and we are talking 6 minutes!!!! Every office has a 15 minute grace period, but not this office. I get the feeling that the doctors just let these two ladies run that office however they wish and never step in. That behavior is horrible and uncalled for. Now, my daughter is in such horrible pain, and has to wait another week and a half to get into another doctor in Park City. Shame on this office and their staff. This is horrible behavior. You do not treat people in the way that she was treated that day. If it would have been me, I would have demanded to see the doctor and explained what had gone on, but my daughter is so sweet and never causes a scene. This is beyond upsetting. I could go on and on these doctors are kind patient gentle they explain everything they are about to do for your treatment.I highly recommend them

Dr V saved me from my root canal gone wrong from another endodontist! These twin brothers deal with patients in major pain every day and stay calm, focused on helping you, and do what they can to solve the problem, explain it thoroughly, talk through all the possible scenarios and outcomes. I'll never go anywhere else for a root canal. If I ever move out of Utah I'll seriously buy a plane ticket back. These guys are so gentle, kind, patient with someone who has extreme dental anxiety, they do great thorough work, they never shame or blame the patient with oral issues, and the office is as relaxing as a dental office can be. So so thankful to have found these brothers (and both of them have worked on my teeth, and both of them are competent and professional and put me right at ease.) Incredible service! Very knowledgeable, capable and to top it off I received fantastic results. I would highly recommend both doctors and staff. They care!
