Before my consultation with Dr Tyrone I wasn’t sure if I was ready to start my journey of a mommy makeover. Dr Tyrone and his staff made me feel at ease and explained the entire process which made me positive I was ready & able to begin. Every staff member is very knowledgeable and sincerely caring. When you enter their office they know who you are and exactly why you’re there (I don’t even have to check in at the window because they greet me as soon as I step into the door) and they’re VERY prompt in getting you to the room. Dr Tyrone never makes me wait, he’s in immediately to see me. He always answers all my questions & makes sure I know the next step and puts me at ease. I have called after hours with questions and my calls are answered always with a reassuring tone. I will use Dr Tyrone again. I cannot say enough great things about this practice. They treat you as a partner in your healing. The most important advice I can give is do exactly as they instruct you. They send you a booklet of everything you need and what you need to do. They go out of their way to help you and make you comfortable. I had 2 procedures in 1 and the results have blown me away. I trust them totally. I’m looking forward to my next adventure in feeling & looking better.

I am currently 9 years post-op, breast augmentation and I still love them just as much today as I did then. Dr. Tyrone and his staff are top notch, 10/10 definitely recommend him if you’re considering plastic surgery.

So, after having multiple procedures over six months I can say this has been the best I’ve ever been treated by anyone in the medical field. Dr. Tyrone and his staff are just flawless. He is warm, friendly and to the point which I appreciate. He clearly told me what I could expect from my surgeries and never left me nervous or anxious. He does ask you to get to a good pre-surgery weight for best results . And you know what? I did. If you’re going to spend that much money on yourself make it count. People I’ve known for 20+ years don’t even recognize me, and in a good way. My husband and I went to our social club and everyone for a bit thought he had gotten divorced and who was this young lady he was with. That made me feel amazed! His staff including LeAnn, Biunka and Robin were amazing. Whenever I called or sent an email they immediately replied. On email within ten minutes, and by phone I got an answer without waiting for a call back. Every time I called for concerns, because hey these procedures are not something you do every day, I was told I could come in same day if I was worried. Every single time. His office is clean and comfortable. The procedure rooms are cozy and snacks are provided. The operating rooms are pleasant and relaxing. The nurses in the OR were always kind to me. Absolutely no complaints. And for the best part? I am beyond thrilled with my results. My only complaint is on myself for waiting so long to get it done! Thank you Dr. Tyrone!

After researching doctors in Tampa, Orlando, and even Miami I decide to check closer to home. I'm glad I did. The staff was caring and knowledgeable and took the time to answer the many questions I had about my surgery. Dr. Tyrone also answered my questions and gets straight to the point. The results of my procedures are even better than I expected. Even only three weeks out everything appears natural and balanced. I would recommend Dr. Tyrone's practice to any considering cosmetic surgery.

I have never before experienced such a supportive, warm environment in a medical facility as I have at Dr. Tyrone's office. I have worked with many different people and they all are up to speed on my progress. The communication is phenomenal. But more important, Dr. Tyrone's expertise and his ability to assess and accomplish the goal discussed in our initial consultation has been above my expectation.

I highly recommend Dr. Tyrone, his staff, and facilities. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful and Dr. Tyrone is the best of the best. I fully trusted him going into my procedure and was not disappointed. My surgery was a breast augmentation and I am three months post-op and the results far exceeded my expectations. I received a phone call later in the evening on my surgery day and also a phone call the next morning checking on me. Dr. Tyrone is honest with his patients in discussing your plan of care. He is meticulous and I really felt valued by his nursing staff and the front desk staff are friendly. All of my appts have been right on schedule and they get you in and out. If you are thinking about getting something done, go to him!

I had my lips injected for the first time today and Kate did an amazing job! Every staff worker was so nice and welcoming. They were also super helpful with the Allē App so I got $25 off my injection! Kate knew exactly what I needed to get the result I wanted and gave me many tips and lots of reassurance. I have no bruising at all and the swelling is already significantly better! No pain at all. Definitely go to Kate if you’re looking for amazing lip injections. I’ll be back!

1/5/2023: I’ve been debating even writing this review but after they left inches worth of sutures in me that were supposed to be removed, I feel like other people should know. Dr Tyrone did not discuss with me the details of how I wanted to look until the day of surgery. It felt so rushed and I felt I had no time to think about the things he waited to bring up until that day. You would think as a surgeon you would make sure your patients know everything about the procedure and exactly how they will want to look prior to the surgery. There was no discussion at all about scar placement and I’m honestly very upset about where they are but he told me there was nothing he could do to fix it. Every post op visit with him, he seemed eager to leave the room like he had no time for me. If I tried to voice my concerns or ask questions I was often interrupted or quickly dismissed. The worst and last straw for me was when the nurse removed part of my sutures and left the largest part under my skin. Dr Tyrone came in after she removed them, looked at the area from several feet away, said “looks good” and left. Months later when I noticed what I thought was an ingrown hair and went to remove it, I watched my skin ripple as I pulled out the horrifyingly long plastic thread. I wish I had never gone to this place. If you’re looking for a plastic surgeon do yourself the favor of having multiple consultations so you can get a good feel for the place. Don’t make my mistake. 1/7/2023 Edit in response to Dr. Tyrone’s reply: Dr. Tyrone, I appreciate your fast response to my review. I see you’ve said you spend time discussing scar placement and surgical outcome with your patients. This may be true for most patients, however for me personally the time spent discussing these things was extremely limited and as I said in my original review, I was often interrupted or dismissed. As for the suture that was left in me, the ends of the largest part connecting to the small outer sutures were clearly visible prior to removal. I knew there was a long suture underneath my skin connected to each of the outer sutures on either side of the incision area because I could see the ends of it. I guess I made the mistake of not watching the nurse remove the sutures to make sure they were all removed because unfortunately it makes me lightheaded. If sutures being left in a patient are indeed something that occasionally happens it seems your team would have given me the common courtesy of letting me know they were left inside my body. Which makes me wonder if they didn’t know, which is very concerning coming from a facility where such a large part of my body was previously cut open. As for your disappointment in my leaving “multiple” (two to be exact) negative reviews for your practice rather than contacting you directly. It’s unfortunate that you feel disappointed. However, as someone who spent years researching and trying to find a practitioner who was right for me, I feel extremely disappointed by the care I received. As I’m sure you know, elective surgery is very costly, especially when paid out of pocket as I did. I did not post my reviews with ill intent or in anger. I feel it is my responsibility to inform others of exactly how my experience was so they can make informed decisions. I only posted a review on Google, and the same review on the Real Self app because those were the two main sources I used to find a provider. My intentions are solely to help others who were in my position choose a doctor who is right for them, which I hope you would agree is extremely important. Your practice was not the right fit for me, which unfortunately I didn’t realize until later. I appreciate your offer to meet with me in office to discuss the issues I have faced under your care, however, as I stated in my original review, I have consistently felt unheard, interrupted, and quickly dismissed nearly every time I went to your office. That being said, I’ll have to respectfully decline.

I had a simple removal of an old chin implant and my interactions with Dr. Tyrone were pleasant enough. Unfortunately, Leeann at the front desk and Tracy the anesthesiologist should not be working with the public. Leeann gossips and makes fun of patients and calls them derogatory names in earshot of folks in the waiting room while her colleagues respond in laughter. Tracy is a unique form of cowardly evil. She screams at and degrades patients coming out of anesthesia while they are barely coherent. Although I had no serious complaints with Dr. Tyrone, he is responsible for his staff and the treatment of his patients, hence the one star. I was so traumatized at this office that I had my family doctor remove the stitches rather than go back. Edit: John Tyrone sent me multiple e-mails gaslighting and wanting me to remove my honest review. Look on Healthgrades and Yelp for a more honest depiction of this surgeon.

Incredibly grateful for Dr. Tyrone and his amazing team!

Having Neograft is the best thing I’ve done! The procedure was painless, the techs were all around 5 stars, caring, professional and informative throughout the procedure. I also had PRP done the same day to help promote quick healing and hair growth. I have been contemplating Neograft for awhile now and so glad I finally did it. I can't imagine having a better experience. I'm now 5 months out from my procedure and cannot believe how much growth I'm seeing in my hairline already. Knowing it takes up to a year to see final results, I'm thrilled to see the end result. It has really boosted my confidence and love the fact I don’t have to feel like I have to wear hats everywhere I go now.

There is not a single service I wouldn’t fully recommend at Dr. Tyrone’s office! I’ve been a patient for years and have used various services; every employee from the reception desk to the operating room is warm, compassionate, and courteous. Kate is hands down the best injector. She is quick, painless, and a fun conversationalist too! I’ve been seeing her for years and always have such natural results. The surgical team is also one in a million. For years I avoided cosmetic surgery because I was terrified of the pain and the actual process of having surgery. The entire process could not have gone smoother though! At every step, from pre-surgical prep, to post-surgical care, there were fantastic and compassionate individuals who made me feel comfortable and aware of what was going on. Dr. Tyrone himself is a master of his craft, and I couldn’t have dreamed of having better results.

I have said it on other forums that Dr. Tyrone is amazing but the women who work in his facility are the cream of the crop. Today I had my first injectable and it was a breeze. No pain no down time just results. The lovely Kate performed my procedure she was warm kind professional and funny! My injectable was prevention based and I know from this experience I’ll be back. I also had teeth whitening performed there as well as a medical grade intensive acid facial which both had instant and amazing results. Ladies no matter if you’re seek a surgical procedure with Dr. T himself or any other little beautification procedure don’t hesitate you’re in good hands with Dr. Tyrone and team of professionals.

I met a nurse/rep by name of R. at the office, and she said she trusted Dr. Tyrone and had several procedures done by him (bleph, neck lift, etc) Looking at her before photos, her transformation was nothing short of amazing. Dr Tyrone was rude and curt to me. He didnt examine me or want to talk about any options. I was treated like I was wasting his time. It seems he only wants to do surgery on people who want to look like Barbie, which I do not. I'm 5'1" and 150lbs and he said I needed to weigh 125 before he would even consider a tummy tuck. And if I weighed 125, I wouldn't be seeking his help. He body shamed me and I was already there because I do not like my body. Wouldn't spend a dime at that office. Dr. Tyrone is an amazing doctor. He knows what he’s talking about and gives beautiful results. I couldn’t be happier with my new breast. Everything from the consult, healing and end results went very well. Everyone in the office is very friendly and helpful and are there if you need them for anything.

Tyrone mocked my last surgeon - uh, he is in Beverly Hills and five billion times better than him. He insisted I needed work I didn't want. And in the end my face is a mess. He gaslit me at every follow up. I can't close one eye, (can't wash my face, jump in my pool etc... - changed my whole life) I drool out of one side of my mouth and I have huge knots from a bleph I was pressured into. I have a huge droppy jaw on ONE side. His tech yanked the dried bloody bandaged off of my head along with my ear lobe. No one said anything..... His wife is the office manager, they are the same. No conscience, they just want money and to feel superior. Really horrible.

I absolutely Love the staff at Dr Tyrone’s office! I had a wonderful experience with all of them. From check in until end of therapy, the staff was thoughtful, professional, and I could tell they really cared about my well being. I did 2 different treatments so far with this practice including IV immune therapy and cool sculpting. Tori was incredible! She was with me the whole process and I couldn’t be happier. She thoroughly explained to me how the process works for both therapies and completed the therapy at my pace and that meant the world to me (for someone who doesn’t get too many procedures like this done). I ALWAYS get sick riding on long international flights and I had absolutely no sickness at all when I flew. This was such a relief. I believe the IV therapy really helped! I thought the cool sculpting was going to be very difficult since I’ve never done these procedures before but I was very comfortable, they offered me beverages and created a very relaxing setting. First of all the staff who work alongside Dr. Tyrone are really amazing and warm. They all made sure I was comfortable and heard as far as my expectations for the surgery and that was from the consultation to surgery to recovery and follow ups. Of course Dr. Tyrone is one the Best of the Best Cosmetic Surgeons in Florida if you’ve done your research and read countless reviews but for me I chose him based on several people I knew personally who had an augmentation done by Dr. Tyrone. Not only was there minimal to no scarring the proportions chosen fit those women beautifully. Dr. Tyrone and I discussed what I was trying to achieve with my procedure and what he thought was the route we should go for that outcome. The day of surgery was so pleasant and all the way down to the warm blankets provided. I awoke from surgery feeling quite well considering I had just had my procedure which Dr. Tyrone went under the muscle. I don’t know the magic they used but pain management is top notch I left recovery feeling no pain and of course I was prescribed pain management for at home which as instructed I did take when I arrived home but after two days I stopped because it was clear whatever methods he uses for surgery work. Sarah is the bomb. I see her for my skin care and she does a fabulous job. My skin has never felt or looked so good.

I’m 3 weeks out from my first CoolSculpting session on my abdomen and I wish I had done it sooner! My stomach has flattened out dramatically and it keeps shrinking as the days go by. My body has responded so well to the CoolSculpting I am back for my flanks.

When consulting with Dr. Tyrone he made me see the bigger picture of being more healthy, getting within my BMI range and doing things more naturally. He totally cares about your health and well-being before just making money, he has a very conservative outlook which is exactly why it took me about five years to get up enough nerve to just come for a consultation, I researched and found from Word of mouth and reviews he’s the best!. It took well over a year to just find the time to have my procedure done. His staff helped answer all my questions, Dr. Tyrone told me due to the large areas of loose skin I might not be happy with the results. Boy was he wrong! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! If you are looking for an arrogant, condescending surgeon Dr Tyrone is a great choice. He was none of the things I expected. He was not conservative, and he and his office manager/wife had zero empathy for the issues caused. I would do anything to have my face back. I originally went to Dr. Tyrone in 2010 for a breast augmentation and recently went back this April for a replacement surgery to switch from saline to gel implants. After doing so, I came in for a follow up appointment and received a hydrafacial by Sarah. This was my first time getting a facial and Sarah made the experience one to remember. Her expertise in aesthetics and her warm and welcoming spirit were outstanding. Her level of service was also top tier. I was very relaxed, the room was very peaceful, and felt as if I was at a spa. She explained the products she used on me while treating me and even went into detail of what each product contained and its ingredients.
