From the first visit, I truly felt at home with Dr. Trupiano and Kristy! I always felt self-conscious about my body after having my two children, both with c-sections, and he never made me feel like I should be. Dr. Trupiano was my first consult and after meeting with him, I did not even try going anywhere else. I did not even have many questions, because he thoroughly explains everything, from start to finish. He also follows up with his procedures, meaning he does not do the procedure and forget about you. I am EXTREMELY happy with my tummy tuck results, and I brag about him and Kristy to EVERYONE who asks.

Ten years ago, Dr. Trupiano removed a bump under my right eye. Being a very delicate area, it took an additional office visit to get it right. I was bothered by this bump for years and have never regretted having Dr. Trupiano repair this area. Everything went smoothly.

I recently had gynecomastia surgery (12/1/22) and am so grateful for doing so. Dr Trupiano is a fantastic surgeon and made me feel at ease through the process. I can finally go shirtless and not be self-conscious. Thank you!

Be cautious choosing your doctor. I was not cautious enough.

I will start off with saying you will never find another surgeon and staff as friendly and professional. After having several other consults I knew Dr.Trupiano was my number one pick. I was referred to him by a friend and also loved his staff and his professionalism. My results are amazing , his knowledge and honesty was key to me. Currently I am 5 weeks post op from a full tummy tuck and 360 lipo and muscle repair. I bounced back great and followed all of his instructions. My pain was very minimal 4/10 and I believe it’s because of his work and my prepping I did. If you need a knowledgeable / honest / clean / BOARD CERTIFIED surgeon he is who you are looking for. During which I have went to over seven doctors for consultations... Some of which were rated the highest rated in the state of Michigan. Nightmare experience with permanent scars and left with open wounds for months.

I came in last year in February to get Botox done. I really liked him and my results. I moved here and decided to see him again for Botox and under eye filler. Botox has always been good with him however the filler definitely not at all. I bruised really badly on the one side and had to wait for everything to heal to get the final result. I noticed that once it healed there was a pronounced shadow under the one eye so I called and he said to come in so he could take a look. He stated that it’s just melasma, that my skin was like that from before. So I left thinking maybe that will go away with some bleaching cream. I tried that for a while and nothing changed. I then decided to reach out again as a lot of my friends mentioned I had a bruised eye which I didn’t! I mentioned “ Tyndall effect” which is poorly administered filler which leaves that appearance “ dark circle look” he didn’t like that I mentioned that and said I should look at “ Doctor google” he offered to remove the filler which I spent 1000$ on, basically wasted my time and money. I wasn’t comfortable with him touching my face again so I went elsewhere and had it removed more than once that’s how much was in there. I decided to write a review because I was beyond frustrated by the whole situation. Shortly after that his office assistant reached out to me asking to come in because the doctor wanted to see me for a follow up. I explained I went somewhere else and at this point I would like a partial refund and of course she never got back to me. I am less than three weeks post op from a tummy tuck, breast lift and augmentation with silicone implants. As a mother of five (who spent a combined almost 8 years breast feeding) it really didn't matter how much I worked out I still lacked the confidence to wear many types of clothing and would have not ever shown my stomach. I went to several consultations in the area but never felt quite right with any of the other surgeons. Many of them I left feeling worse about how I looked then I did when I went in ☹️. At my first meeting with Dr.Trupiano however, I instantly felt a very different vibe !! I had an Abdominoplasty, it appeared at the beginning that this surgery is an easy one to a well experienced doctor. Unfortunately, All the complications that happened it was only because I AM A NOT SO WORTHY PATIENT. I was always at fault for one thing or another. The DR. just wanted to pad himself in the back for his work but who cares about the patient. She is an idiot who chose him. He is there to collect the money. He had no people skills at all, dismissed everything I said.

I got a nose job a few years back and I should have wrote a review sooner but I just don’t usually write them. I am still paying on a loan and for what..I don’t see any difference in my nose. It’s still big, sometimes I think it looks bigger and it’s crooked. I really wish I would have looked around instead of just going with the first doctor I talked to. I’m contemplating getting another one so I can finally see the results I was praying for the first time. It sucks being a girl and having a nose you hate.

Worst experience not friendly did not listen to my concerns just overall bad energy never trust him !

This surgeon is best!! I was scared to move forward with a breast augmentation, but he took the time to put me at ease and explain all of my options and what to expect. From the initial consultation to the post operative period I have only experienced five star treatment. I could not have asked for better results. Thank you Dr Trupiano. I recently saw Dr. Trupiano for filler. It makes a world of difference seeing an actual plastic surgeon for injections and I am so happy! My results are so natural. The best I’ve ever had!

I recently underwent a breast reduction and liposuction, Dr Trupiano was professional, thorough, and very detailed. He listened to all my questions and concerns and made sure he knew exactly what I wanted and my results surpassed my expectations. I would definitley recommend Dr Trupiano for cosmetic and reconstructive surgery.

Dr. Trubiano did my tummy tuck and upper body liposuction. By far the best plastic surgeon. I felt like the doctor and the staff were my family member and great friends. By far the most comfortable with Dr. Trupiano, after multiple consultations. Consultation was laid back but very informational. He went over all the details involved with the surgery, explained all the risks and answered all questions. Dr. Trupiano is very meticulous, has great bedside manner and is confident in what he does. First, I the fact the Dr. wasn’t in the office for my Pre Op appointment and wouldn’t be back in the office to answer my questions until 3 days before my surgery is ridiculous. I was advised by his secretary that that she could answer any questions I had. I am about to have surgery he’s quoting will take 6 hours. I think talking to someone who actually went to med school at the pre opp appointment would be my preference. Oh but his secretary was certainly persistent to get me to sign off on all the paperwork that said I understand all the risk AND THE DR. ANSWERED all my concerns. How could he wasnt even there!!!! Oh and she wanted me to sign off the rest of my payment in full that day too. That wasn’t going to happen. I may end up losing my 500 deposit but I’ll be damned if Im going to forfeit another 15,500 and I’m surely not going under the knife of someone who doesn’t run his business like a professional. It makes me wonder how professional he will be when I am cut open on the operating table. Also, I find it very strange that I have been sent to rate my experience emails prior to my surgery. Loved my initial meeting with Dr. Trupiano, I'm looking forward to my January surgery date!

I had a botched job one year ago and was scared to have it fixed and redone correctly. I went to see Dr Trupiano and his staff and they put all my fears to rest . I am having the surgery this Friday and I will be back to tell all of you about my wonderful results. It’s been a week and the results are unbelievable . I never thought I would look this good again. Dr. Trupiano was referred to me by my dermatologist. He removed a small cyst by my ear. At my request he also reconstructed my earlobe which had been botched by a plastic surgeon many years ago as a teenager when I had plastic surgery done on my stick out ears. Dr Trupiano is my hero!!!!! I had hip surgery go wrong and after 14 operations my right leg was butchered he did scar revision surgery and you can’t even tell. It is a work of art. From the moment I met him and his staff, I felt important and comfortable alongside their professionalism and kindness. I told my story and what I was hoping to achieve and I was given so much of Dr. Trupiano's time with all my questions and concerns. He was kind, professional, honest, and optimistic and compassionate. He gave me all the pros and cons so there would be with no surprises. Dr. Trupiano performed my breast aug. 4 years ago when I was 22. He gave me 3 options: small, medium, large. Not how many cc... S, M, or L. The consultation he provided was so poor and ultimately I chose a size way too large for me (which happened to be the medium and was actually 450cc). The consultation Dr. Trupioano provided was so poor. He did not listen to me as a patient or fully explain adverse results. This doctor performs surgeries as if he's on an assembly line. Next body please!

Dr. Trupiano is my Hero. I met him when I was diagnosed with Skin cancer on my face and unfortunately it ended up being about the size of a quarter on my cheek, I wanted to die, I wanted to cry but Dr. Trupiano to the rescue. His personality just calmed me to know I was in good hands and boy was I right. He did an awesome job and you can't really tell that I had anything wrong.
