Dr. John Dee Stansell

Dr Stansell and Stephen Moore (Physician Assistant) are above reproach. I treasure both of them, and they are the sole reason why I rated this office as three stars instead of none. However, the ancillary staff that surrounds them is, in my opinion and based my experience over the past 8 years or so (since Dr Stansell joined EMC), is regrettably simply not up to the task. Indeed, Eisenhower Medical Center as a corporation has shown itself to me, repeatedly and consistently, to be utterly incapable of providing high quality healthcare, in my opinion. EMC is nothing more than a corporate giant with a captive customer base, in my opinion, and treats patients such disdain and disinterest that it seems apparent that they care not a whit about patients. As much as I very deeply regret having to forego the services of Dr Stansell and Mr Moore, I find that I am compelled to do so because of what I believe to be gross incompetence on the part of the institution that employs them. I would rather drive to Loma Linda, Riverside, LA, or San Diego than to darken EMC's door again. Dr Stansell and Stephen Moore (Physician Assistant) are above reproach. Simply the best. Dr. Stansell has been my physician for a decade.

This "doctor" ignored my symptoms and dismissed therm as "temporary." 7 years and two major spine surgeries later, I am left with permanent nerve damage and my motor functioning is impaired. The man does not deserve to be a doctor.
