Dr.Stanievich treated me very disrespectfully at my last appointment. I have an ongoing issue that I have been going to him for to try and figure out what is causing it. After a couple of visits and tests he couldn’t come up with the answer to my medical issue. I asked him for some direction as to what to do next. His reply was to call me a “worry wart” and that I needed to just forget about it and everything would be fine. I have never been treated so ridiculously by any doctor I have ever visited in my life. This man is a cranky old unhappy man. Got forbid you ever question him about his diagnosis (or lack there of) because he will snap at you and walk out of the exam room which is exactly what he did to me. This guy needs to retire before he really messes someone’s health up even worse. I will be going to another ENT who actually respects their patients. After 2 years of trying to find out what’s wrong with my ears—— went to get a second set of eyes from A different ENT but all he wanted to do is put me on epileptic meds for a headache being caused by excess fluid building in my head and wouldn’t listen and wouldn’t even look where I was telling him to look ... I went back to John and told him that I figured out where the problem was and he had to be my eyes —- so 5 mins of someone who cares about you solves a 2 year mystery—— I’m so excited that it will finally be fixed, so yes if you have a problem I would definitely recommend Dr. John Stanovich because hands down he is the best. ???? Very knowledgeable, explains things well, keeps himself updated on the latest studies and journal articles. I can tell from the drawings and notes posted on the exam room's wall that he is great with children. Great "bedside manner". Thank you.

Dr. Stanievich is extremely knowledgeable and emphatic - a pleasure to be his patient, and have him take the time to listen to my concerns, as well as explain his answers in detail.

Dr Stanievich and the entire staff at Buffalo ENT are great! Everyone is so nice and the Dr explained everything to me with great detail so I felt comfortable.

Dr. Stanivitch had been my Dr since I've been born prettymuch, took a leave of absence for a while, Dr. Kowalski was awesome and took over his practice, when he had to take a leave of absence..for reasons that are not important, I went to a few Dr.s before I found Stanivitch again.. They all sucked.. Well they were great if u got to see them, always a multi hour wait.. See the PA.. Or when I went to strong for a surgery, that guy was a jerk, very poor bedside manner..but one day In children's..for my..Idk how many surgeries I've had at this point..24 Maybe ? N a ways..Dr Stanivitch came up to mean was like..hey Sara..how have u been? Absolutely floored he recognized me to pick me out of a bunch of people, n even if he saw my name.. Too remember that is amazing after approx 20 years! Is just awesome, shows he knows and cars about his patients.. Hours payments do amazing work, i.e. worse at 1st.Mays school for the deaf, had a BAHA pot inn about 10 years ago.. One of Stanivitch's first done alone..food a wondeful job.. When the Damn thing works (had problems with Cochlear, thinking of switching to Oticon, or something else, not coming to mind right now...but there are so many companies now with wonderful products.. But long story long, his office is wonderful, staff- everyone, he has a wonderful need side manner as well, I. in and out within 15 minutes every time.. Sit for maybe 3 minutes in n ensuring room, 3 in the next room, 5 min with Dr, longer if I need.. N done making appt before I know it! anyone with a bag existence.. I could barely believe what I was reading..I'm sorry, but I ask u to try again, u will. Have a completely different experience.. Unless u call after hours, sometimes the call service won't take messages..only if there is an emergency.. So if that is a who u spoke with, that is not surprising that they didn't call u back, the person u spoke to never even recorded it.. If not.. Idk..all I can say, that is not normal..
